“My new favorite on 30a. We own a condo in the building and I had been once when first open but had never been back and went last night (12/1/23) and IT WAS AMAZING. Finnegan at the bar was outstanding with cocktails and the service superb. Great recommendations from Finnegan for food. We ate at the bar and I literally woke up middle of the night wanting to eat my leftover crab cake pasta dish. I will absolutely be a regular.“

“The staff here is amazing and completely family owned! However, the pizza is to die for! I'd highly recommend the Mr. T's, its all wood fire grilled pizza and such a perfect amount of each ingedient! Also, ask the staff their recommendations as well everything is so yummy you truly can't go wrong!“

“This is my neighborhood go-to pizza place. Always consistently great! They are dependable as pizza is always ready when promised, whether carry out or delivery. Manager there is very customer friendly in that he remembers what I order and that I like extra garlic sauce on my pizza crust.“

“I rarely write reviews. I had to for this Pizza Hut. We ordered twice while on vacation. Both times I ordered for reliever the person in the phone was very nice and knew what he was doing. Both times they brought the food up to our condo with no problem and it’s not the easiest place to get to. Would recommend!“

“We recently dined at the Santa Rosa location and had the best experience with Kiki and her crew. hands down the best pizza and customer service I have got in years Kiki is an absolute bright shining light she makes everyone feel like family or friend walking in and makes sure you're not only happy with the experience itself but the food. the crew in the back cooking/baking also clearly prepare the food with the utmost respect, care and love you literally taste it. Pizza by the Sea made the BEST pizza my husband and I ever have tried and are terribly sad as we are visiting from Georgia and will miss it and them all immensely this day and age you do not find this level of quality in not only the food, value but the care you receive. “Great place to get something to eat right in Seaside. They have a variety of things to eat besides pizza (when it's 85 degrees out, we weren't feeling like it) and they have nice drinks and beer. There's a happy hour from 3-5 at least on the weekdays that is pretty good.“

They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)“
