“Ticheli’s Pizza on 30A is an awesome spot if you want great food and a fun atmosphere. The wood-fired pizza has incredible flavor with that perfect crispy crust, and you can really taste the difference from the wood-fired grill. Everything came out fresh, hot, and loaded with quality ingredients.
What really makes the place stand out is the atmosphere — live music, laid-back 30A vibe, and a great outdoor setting that makes you want to hang out for a while. The staff was friendly, service was solid, and the whole experience felt like one of those classic beach-town nights done right. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.“

“This is excellent thin crust tavern style pizza. Highly recommend the sausage & pepperoni. Louies has nailed the crust - super crispy, excellent all around. Order ahead online as well, they are usually quite busy - so plan accordingly“

“As an HVAC service technician working in watersound frequently, I find myself choosing Marcos as its close. The customer service is always top notch with hot food to match. “Me and my son decided to stop here for lunch one day. My food was good and fresh but it did take a long time for us to place our order and for the food to come and it wasn’t that busy. I think that was only 1 other table of ppl in there. Not sure what the issue is there.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Big Chill. I took my granddaughter to get braids at Myamis henna for her big dance recital and we were not disappointed. My granddaughter was treated like a princess and they made her feel very special. Oh and by the way....the braids came out amazing!! Thank you so much!“

“We are holed up at our rental property with all the bad weatherlike everybody else. our runner told us that this place was authentic and man she wasn't kidding. First off she's from New Jersey and knows good Italian food and secondly the owners are from Long Island New Jersey and New York. The lemon shrimp off the chain. The Caesar is like a shot of garlic cream unbelievable.. The pizza was cooked perfectly. My Italian sub stacked and the pasta salad that came with it and the pepperoncini's amazing. if you get the lemon shrimp you have to dip the breadsticks in it :-)“
“Really good!! Woman that served me at the counter was super nice and sweet! The Personal Pan Pizza and breadsticks I ordered were good, but definitely not as good as sitting down in an actual Pizza Hut restaurant, however that was expected. Overall great experience!“

“The setup of this place is as cool as can be. I dont know if it was the timing of us being in the area (second week of October) but the people gathered seemed a bit uppity up. Kind of like if you didnt have $400 bags or khaki shirts and a polo you should kind of shoo.“

“Bud & Alley's is the best waterfront dining in Seaside and likely all of 30A. The breakfast is particularly excellent, and the staff is attentive and kind. They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)“
