“This past weekend shaka hosted my baby shower outside on their gorgeous patio and it couldn't have turned out more perfect! They brought in someone to work the bar and helped cater to our every need. There was so much space and the venue was breath taking! Kenyon Deal is the guy to see. He made sure we had everthing we needed before all of our guests arrived and numerous guests who attended noted that is was the best baby shower they had ever been to! So greatful for the amazing staff and will be using them again for any future needs! 100 out of 10 would recommend.“

“Update 10/22/2024 - 5 years plus visiting this establishment while on vacation. Would eat here everyday over the chain tourist trap restaurants. If you are in the area give them a chance and support local business. Great food and big portions. Get the Top Gun! Thank you Muy Wayno's!
We visit Muy Wayne O's everytime we vacation to Panama City Beach. Great food and good time! Don't be intimidated by the construction. Find a place to park in the area and walk in. One of our absolute favorites. Thank you Muy Wayne O's!“

“Stopped in for a drink and some oysters and found the restaurant quite charming. It was a nice afternoon and there is plenty of shady, covered outdoor as well as lots of indoor seating. Service was a little slow but at least two different servers checked on us.
Staff was friendly and knowledgable. The raw oysters tasted good but were not fresh shucked. I would recommend the grilled oysters they were delicious. Prices were good and overall just the atmosphere is worth a stop at this cool place.
Stopped in for lunch another day and the grouper sandwich was good but the service was, well not as good and it seemed to take way too long for a grouper sandwich. But it was cooked perfectly and delish. Definitely be going back, recommend sitting outside.

“This was my first time at cava. I enjoyed the options. The location was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was very yummy and it made me feel good afterwards. It didn’t give me a bloating feeling.
Parking: Tons of parking right there.
Kid-friendliness: Kids were there. It’s open
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get it“

“Fantastic place! Burritos are HUGE! You won’t leave hungry and the Margaritas are great! Well mixed and strong. My kids even loved the place! Kid’s burrito woulda filled me up and my other son loved the tacos with chips!“
“Ya'll this is the best guesthouse/B&B type place on 30a. The location is amazing, the rooms and backyard garden are beautiful - and now they have Raw & Juicy doing the food! If you haven't been to Raw & Juicy check it out for fresh, healthy food options - at Hibiscus or at their other locations. Hibiscus Guesthouse has been a sponsor of our local educational outreach program for almost 10 years, donating time, space, and materials for our volunteers. These are good people. The Longleaf Writers Conference loves Hibiscus Guesthouse!“

“Nigels is a cool and fun place to grab a sweet treat. Obviously, the dipped bananas are what they are known for, but they have a good selection of ice cream and sorbet. The staff is very friendly and will help you decide if you don't know what you want. They also sell a selection of adult drinks ( mainly beer) that you can purchase. This is a great place to being the kids, and they have a large selection of toys and games for them to play with.“

“Even though it was PACKED due to spring break our waitress was awsome! The food is always delicious! But to be honest i only ever order the Burnin Love with sweet potato fries and they're always perfect:) Be sure to sign up for their rewards thing. Youll get a free burger for your bday and usually save a few bucks off your meal the rest of the time.“

“There are several places to eat within a few hundred yards of each other in this town. The Great Southern Cafe was just one of the options. On their menu was a Chicken Muffuletta, a fusion of 2 of my favorite sandwiches. So I had to give it a go.
The concept of this dish is spot on. Try this - you won't be disappointed. The Po Boy had fresh shrimp on the sandwich, and not over-seasoned. My compliments to the crew in the kitchen.
The star of this experience was not the food by itself. Shantika, who was our server, absolutely made this a special occasion. We've all been there - "Hello, my name is ________ and I'll be your server - what would you like to drink?" Shantika took a different approach. First, she thanked us for coming in to restaurant, and asked how our day was. Refreshing to say the least. She explained the menu items as she presented the menu to us, and and then asked about drinks. The experience started off great, and ended the same way. She did not offer drinks to go - she simply brought them out. It was in the 90's outside and sunny. It had dawned on me that my wife and I discussed asking for them, and though she did not acknowledge it, she must have heard us while she was attending the adjoining table.
We may never see each other again, but IF you are in the area and in search of a really nice experience, stop by and ask for her. I'm fairly certain that she is not the only star in this establishment, but if you have the chance, it's worth the visit.

“TL:DR - overall good food, on the pricey side. Skip the charcuterie board. LOVE the rotating taps. Service is hit or miss, we have our favorite servers and our dreaded servers.
We frequent this place every week for Tuesday Night Trivia. There are about 2 or 3 servers that are FANTASTIC (one in particular is our favorite), most of the otheres are hit or miss, and there are 2 male servers here that we dread because service with them is horrendously slow and we often have to flag them down.
The food that we've tried has been pretty good. I feel like the prices are on the higher end. We love the quesadilla and their fries with their spicy house ketchup. Their charcuterie board is NOT worth the price. The cheese vary, one time we literally got deli-sliced cheddar, cheddar cubes, and Swiss cubes. About 8 slices of meat, a few nuts, olives, a bunch of grapes, and a piece of baguette bread, for $26. Moving here from California wine country, that is winery price for a DIY grocery store board.
Our favorite thing about this place is the rotating tap selection. They have 30 taps, usually change at least 1x/week. They have a good selection of ciders and sours (for you non-IPA drinkers) and you can get them in any size from 2oz to a 32oz crowler.
Our bill during trivia night (2.5hrs, 2 people, free trivia) is usually $70-$90 with tip, for food and 4-5 beers between the two of us..“

“Cute little Airstream in Seaside where we got a All American grilled cheese. One of the last shops to close down, the service was fine, and the grilled cheese was phenomenal. It took a while to be prepared, but after taking the first bite, I could tell why... They cook that grilled cheese low and slow, getting the exterior of the bread nice and crispy while leaving the inside light and fluffy. The cheese steamed up all gooey. My only regret is not getting a picture of the cheese pull.“

“Server was hustling! Very friendly and hard worker. They were slammed tonight and having a hard time keeping up with orders. We didn't mind the wait at all as our kids were happy reading a new book while we waited. The server was on top of it and super. We always love visiting here on vacay!“

“We had an outstanding experience tonight at George’s! Our server, Tyler, was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel so welcomed throughout our meal. Everything we ordered was a hit. The Orchard Salad was delicious. For entrees I ordered the scallops while my husband ordered the ribeye. Both were thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a delightful dining experience that exceeded our expectations!“

“We came for the supper club and had such a wonderful experience. It was the perfect thing to do for our last night visiting Alys Beach. I was very intrigued about their weekly menu change. The food was so fresh and unique and our server was so passionate and knowledgeable. The presentation felt like a Michelin star experience. Would highly recommend! Also, you can’t beat the ambience on their patio. So intimate and special.“

“Great place to get something to eat right in Seaside. They have a variety of things to eat besides pizza (when it's 85 degrees out, we weren't feeling like it) and they have nice drinks and beer. There's a happy hour from 3-5 at least on the weekdays that is pretty good.“

“Bud & Alley's is the best waterfront dining in Seaside and likely all of 30A. The breakfast is particularly excellent, and the staff is attentive and kind. They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! “We stopped here during a mini get away. The entire experience was great. It is a cute rooftop dining that sits you outside with two different type of seating levels with sunshades. The server Sally was great and attentive even with her being by herself with another bartender. We shared appetizers and the food was phenomenal we literally left nothing on the plates. The drinks were refreshing and delicious. Overall very happy with the experience.“
