“Wonderful food. Our server, Ellie, was lovely. She checked if we needed anything a few times. She had suggestions and explanations about the food. I had the seafood ( shrimp )street tacos. The slaw with the lime sauce was delicious and light. i had black beans with rice. My husband had the enchiladas with salsa verde, refried beans and rice. Everything was delicious. We will go back again.“

“Came in right after the hurricane and they were open! We got steak hibachi, crab sushi, and 2 lemonades. The steak was cooked well and good quality and the sauce was sooo good. The crab sushi was good. The lemonades were not too sweet and perfect! Would definitely go back again“

“My whole family enjoyed this restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed, the space was clean and didn't feel crammed with tables. We have always loved sushi and The Slippery Mermaid didn't disappoint. We loved how fresh the fish was and the unique combinations (they add bacon!) Great location with a water view and local art.“
