I was short a couple of dollars one time so I asked the woman at the window if she could hold my food and I’ll be back with the remaining $. “We sat at the bar yesterday Sunday, April 12, 2026 around 3:30pm. We’ve eaten at Khon’s several times since moving to Pensacola a year and a half ago and the food and service have always been really good. Well, yesterday it was absolutely amazing! Devon was our server and she was so great. She made sure everything was perfect and never let our glasses get empty without offering more. She is such a wonderful server and so friendly. We ordered the Hot Chili Shrimp and the Cambodian Chicken and Rice. Both were cooked to perfection and so delicious. We were still enjoying ourselves and started talking to the sushi chef, Isabella. What a delightful person she is! We decided to order one of her signature rolls and it did not disappoint! We will be back for the Harbor Heat roll again and again! Both Devon and Isabella made your restaurant a fantastic experience for us yesterday. Give them a raise immediately! Khon’s on Palafox will now be one of my most recommended restaurants thanks to these great staff members you have working for you and the delicious food we ate. Located right in the heart of downtown on Palafox, the building has this gorgeous, upscale historic charm that feels both fancy and comfortable. I ordered the filet mignon with a side of their decadent truffle mac and cheese, and both were absolute perfection. The service was top-tier. Our waiter was highly knowledgeable about the wine pairings and made sure our water glasses never went empty. It’s definitely a splurge, but absolutely worth it for a high-end dining experience.“

My group of 16 consisted vegans, vegetarians, someone with religious dietary restrictions, and people who are everything. Ozone Pizza hit a home run! They didn't blink at my take out order. They said 30 minutes and I believe it was ready to the very minute. Very friendly staff. As far as the pizza, DELICIOUS! I highly recommend Ozone Pizza Pub. Thank you so much!!!“

“Extremely disappointed in this place. Drink came late and not as ordered. Being a fine dining restaurant, we expected a good experience . Ribeye was fat and grisly. Poorest cut of meat I've ever had. Brussel sprouts were hard as a rock. Asked for rolls twice. Martini added extra $4 WHEN MENU WAS 13. not $17. not dirty and not shaken cold. I'm a simple customer. I just wanted a shaken martini and a good steak. Aupoire sauce was bland. Manager never came over to our table to check. Bounced around to the other customers. Wanted Jacksons but unfortunately chose the District. Blue cheese wedge has a teaspoon of hard dried out bacon. Waiter apologized after we said we didn't need a doggie back The steak was raw and wouldn't take it home . So, he took a drink off. LOL If You spend $150 on dinner, it should be good. Bad experience.“

“If you’re able to make the climb up death hill, the fruit is sweet at the top (parking be crazy, it’s literally a steep). Service was great, food is great, despite the slight pot smell from some of the patrons but that’s beyond their control. Will be returning.“
