“We have been there so many times with our family, but this time wasn't good. The service was good, but the food not at all. The fish n chips was a huge disappointment for us. It wasn't isn't like we have ever got from there in the past. The fish was thick like a chicken breast so the inside wasn't cooked and the outside was cooked burnt. Fries and onion rings cold. our server was good though.“

As somebody who worked in the restaurant industry it literally makes me happy to see that. The food was ready quick, hot, fresh, and delicious. The space was clean as clean can be. “We've moved away from Robertsdale a few months ago and we miss the taste of the pizza and salad and breadsticks and fettucini Alfredo, basically all the things you get from Vitollis so we ordered dinner today and it did not disappoint!!!! It was like we were back and eating a slice of pizza and salad after school with the kiddo talking through the day and loving how great the food tastes and the people always doing the extra things you cant buy!!! It's hometown even if its not your hometown and family owned everybody knows how that feels and what it means to patronize a family run business.
