“Restaurant Paradis delivered one of the most exceptional dining experiences we’ve had in a very long time. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated, but what truly set the evening apart was the impeccable service from Rodney. He was attentive without being overbearing, offered stellar recommendations, and genuinely elevated the entire experience, especially as we celebrated my mom’s birthday. He made the night feel personal and unforgettable.

The food was nothing short of divine. We started with the oysters Rockefeller, which were rich, perfectly balanced, and beautifully prepared. The soft shell crab special was outstanding, delicate yet flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The grilled salad and burrata added a fresh, vibrant contrast that tied everything together effortlessly.

For entrées, the filet paired with a tempura lobster tail and truffle was indulgent in all the right ways, each element executed flawlessly. The grouper special “Taste of the Sea,” featuring lump blue crab, a tarragon cream sauce, lobster rice pilaf, was even more impressive, showcasing incredible quality and freshness. The BEST!

And to finish, the chocolate orange torte was the perfect ending, decadent, refined, and absolutely delicious.

We all left the table saying the same thing: this was the best meal we’ve had in a very long time. Restaurant Paradis exceeded every expectation, and we cannot wait to return.“

The whipped feta was delicious and the honey was a nice plus. We had the salad which was large and the flounder and shrimp grits. Both were excellent. “My wife, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day brunch at Edward’s in Rosemary Beach. They’re typically only open for dinner, but we were fortunate to experience one of their special daytime brunches—and it was a standout from start to finish! Jimmy, the GM, welcomed us and had us seated quickly on their covered patio, which was perfect even with the steady rain. The chef created a beautiful brunch menu for the occasion, and our server, Kiyonta, was friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We started with Deviled Eggs, the Seasonal Fruit Plate, and the Caesar Salad—each dish fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented. For our entrées, we chose the Shrimp and Grits (incredible!), the Lox and Avocado, and Edward’s Omelet. Every bite was delicious, and the plating was as impressive as the flavors. We ended our meal with a trio of desserts: the housemade ice cream sandwich, crème brûlée, and key lime pie. Each one was delightful, but the ice cream sandwich may have stolen the show. Huge thanks to the Edward’s team for making our rainy Mother’s Day feel special and memorable. If you’re in Rosemary Beach, Edward’s MUST be on your list!“

“I made a reservation 3–4 days in advance because this breakfast was meant to be a birthday surprise for my husband.

When I booked the table, I specifically spoke with the staff and explained that I would like them to bring out a small piece of cake with a candle at the end of our meal. I even told them that if they didn't have cake, they could simply put a candle in a dessert or any item and add the cost to my bill. I was more than happy to pay for it.

Unfortunately, none of this was done. It was very disappointing and honestly spoiled my mood because I wasn't able to surprise my husband on his birthday the way I had planned. Since I arranged everything several days in advance, I expected this simple request would be taken into consideration.

That being said, I do want to mention that the food was very delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The quality of the food was excellent. I just wish the staff had followed through on the birthday request, as it would have made the experience truly special.“
