New American Restaurants in Panama City Beach, FL

“I never really come to the internet to leave reviews but our experience last night was just too good not to. We were in town for one night and after driving for 6 hours, we were hungry and found you guys through Yelp and decided to give it a try. We started with the French onion soup and its hands down the best I’ve ever had. My husband, 16 year old son and I then did the hunter carnivorous experience and OH. MY. GOODNESS. There wasn’t a single bite of food left on any of our plates throughout the 5 courses. The portion sizes were perfect. Each plate was a completely different experience and the flavors were SPOT ON! My husband and I did the wine pairings and that was phenomenal as well. Our server Payne was excellent. He offered just enough info about each dish/wine to where we felt knowledgeable but it wasn’t overkill. 5 star experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to going back! Excellent establishment!!“

“Beautiful inside and out. Staff were amazing! We booked a reservation for my daughter’s 23rd birthday and when we got there the staff was so welcoming and had personalized menus saying Happy 23rd Birthday, Emily! They made her night so special and the food was so delicious! We highly recommend.“

“local here...we eat there quite often and when we have visitors in town. Had dinner last night and it was amazing, as usual! Aniston was incredibly attentive without being annoying, food presentation was beautiful, served hot and in a timely manner! We love that they offer the Locals card..it is very much appreciated! One of the owners is always present and touching tables. Highly recommend!!“

“the service and the food was excellent we went tonight and although it was a little bit crowded being St Patrick's Day we were celebrating our anniversary we will definitely go again and although I am on a restricted diet there were lots of great choices the elk Burger was fantastic and those brussel sprouts never thought I would be someone to Rave about brussel sprouts but there were so many flavors going on in there our waiter give us great suggestions and despite the crowd checked up on us often we thoroughly enjoyed it“

“We are staying at Edgewater and have enjoyed two meals this week at Ocean's. Food has been excellent, Victoria's drink of the week was the best, made with a cherry rum. She was our waitress both days, friendly, efficient and attentive!“

“Great meat selection and way better cuts than if you got at the local grocery store. Their homemade recipes ready to cook are all amazing too. My 6 year old asked for daddy’s steak from the special place (Hunt & Gather Butcher Shop) for her birthday. Staff is always friendly too.“

“It’s rare to find a team that works this effectively together while maintaining an air of fun. This is the best Waffle House I’ve been to. We both got the egg breakfast with grits and toast. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was super attentive with refilling our coffee and checking in with us. We sat at the counter and got to watch the team work their magic. It made me want to work here.“

“We just left Jaa’s Kitchen on Panama City Beach. This was our first time visiting. My husband had the fried chicken. He said that it was crunchy and well seasoned. I had the oxtails. They were delicious! They tasted better than my mom’s oxtails (please don’t tell her I said that, LOL). We will definitely go back.“

“AWESOME in every way! Lauren and Becca are super friendly and quick behind the bar. The food is delicious, and the cocktails mouthwatering. We return here every year during our week long vacation because they never fail us. Plenty of TV's for sports action , and a pool for a cool dip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND by my husband and I. NOTE: We tried the Barefoot Hideaway down the road, but left after being seated (inside, which was somewhat stale and smelly), and waiting for about 8 minutes without being acknowledged by a server. It was NOT busy at the time. DISAPPOINTED. Will not go to that location again. Go see Becca and Lauren. THEY ROCK!!!“
