“Was sad to see Effin Egg leave this space, but very happy to welcome Ghost Crab. As many pizza places as there are in the area, most are mediocre-to-bad; this one is a winner. Love the quality, love that they allow you to customize your online order (ie, toppings on half the pizza). Crispy crust could be a bit crispier. A great addition to the area. Only giving 3 stars for service because it's a counter order, not table service.“

“The staff here is amazing and completely family owned! However, the pizza is to die for! I'd highly recommend the Mr. T's, its all wood fire grilled pizza and such a perfect amount of each ingedient! Also, ask the staff their recommendations as well everything is so yummy you truly can't go wrong!“

“Fantastic job. I ordered a pie with extra cheese and sausage and it was loaded with toppings. Really happy with the extra cheese as some places will skimp on this. Pizza was delicious. Love that they are conveniently located. I usually order here at least once a week. Awesome pizza that has never failed me :) The philly sub is really good, too and I recommend trying it if you haven't.“

“I rarely write reviews. I had to for this Pizza Hut. We ordered twice while on vacation. Both times I ordered for reliever the person in the phone was very nice and knew what he was doing. Both times they brought the food up to our condo with no problem and it’s not the easiest place to get to. Would recommend!“

“We've been going there now for over 10 years. This past week was our best experience yet - mainly because of Kayana helping us all. Pizza is still the best around and price is still fair (everything has gone up in the past 4 years!). All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Spaghetti and Meatball pizza is amazing!“

“Great place to get something to eat right in Seaside. They have a variety of things to eat besides pizza (when it's 85 degrees out, we weren't feeling like it) and they have nice drinks and beer. There's a happy hour from 3-5 at least on the weekdays that is pretty good.“

“The best customer service, I’ve ever had, calling for a pizza delivery! Hang on, my wife says…”not just for pizza”, but, best ever! Ashley, from hwy 79 store, was above and beyond! Friendly, professional and polite and helpful and completely…just blew us away! You are amazing! Awesome on the phone and follow up. We loved that your husband, Walter, delivered it too! “Bud & Alley's is the best waterfront dining in Seaside and likely all of 30A. The breakfast is particularly excellent, and the staff is attentive and kind. They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)“

“My new favorite on 30a. We own a condo in the building and I had been once when first open but had never been back and went last night (12/1/23) and IT WAS AMAZING. Finnegan at the bar was outstanding with cocktails and the service superb. Great recommendations from Finnegan for food. We ate at the bar and I literally woke up middle of the night wanting to eat my leftover crab cake pasta dish. I will absolutely be a regular.“
