“The food here is fantastic, as usual.
I had a pleasant experience with the manager, Makeda. Her customer service was excellent. As I waited in line, I watched her deal with a customer complaint. She attempted to fix some issue twice and each time she had such a pleasant demeanor. Then she took my order with a smile. I will definitely be coming back!“

“Very good service. They were nice, and wholesome. I will try to comeback. Food was not bad, just a tiny bit greasy. Although, there was not much people, it was still chill.

“While I haven’t dined inside this establishment, I order delivery at least twice a week. There are so many different flavors of chicken salad, among other choices, that it never gets boring! Be sure to also try the grape salad… It is delicious!
The people at this restaurant also provide amazing customer service. When ordering delivery on their app, someone from another company (i.e. Uber eats or DoorDash), and i usually quick and easy. This past week, we ordered a large order from work, and the driver forgot one of our bags. I called and Tara took time to drive it over to us immediately. She definitely went above and beyond.

“Much appreciated and needed respite from the usual fast food drudgery around town. Lantana location is far and away a well oiled machine inside and drive thru.
Bonus points for a clean environment, exceptional service for its class, and a playroom for the kiddos is as addictive as their lemonade.“

“We were in the area today and decided to grab some Chick-fil-A since it wasn’t Sunday. The drive-thru was wrapped around the entire building and super busy, so we were hesitant at first. Instead, we ordered through the app while parked. Once inside, we found a table and placed our order through the app. Amazingly, our food was on the table in less than five minutes!
The customer service was outstanding. One team member brought our drinks, another brought our food shortly after, and then Trace stopped by to check if we needed anything and even refilled our drinks. It’s experiences like this that make Chick-fil-A stand out. Big thanks to the team, especially Trace, for making our visit so memorable!“

“I’d like to personally thank angel (sorry if I messed up the name) for helping me, as I had an order that I scheduled for pickup at the wrong location and was panicking. But after calling the store and speaking to angel (possibly Angelo) he was able to have the order changed to the closest kfc almost immediately. Great customer service!“

“My daughter saw an advertisement for Raising Canes and we drove 45 minutes to try it out. The chicken was fried perfectly crispy while the inside was still juicy. The kitchen area is open and you can see everyone prepping and handing food. I like this much better than the hidden kitchens most fast food places have.
Ice T and I both agree that Raising Canes has THE BEST sweet tea. It’s similar to what my southern grandmother used to make.“
