We moved to Florida last year and joked that the state food for Florida was mediocre sushi, not until we discovered Ebisu. We love the wide variety of authentic Japanese dishes. I also love its sushi rice, which compliment the beautiful fish. Wish it were closer to where we live!

“This shopping location has a few yummy places I frequent. Just avoid this area when we have torrential rains, if you do not you will notice the parking lot is mostly flooded. I dine at this place because of my three favorite dishes. The unagi don, softshell crab, the JB Roll, and the fried calamari (my apologies my foto was very blurry) and could not post it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Each time I dine here for my faves I feel much cozier and satisfied. ✌?☺️“

“It’s a family ran business. Everybody is so nice and helpful. We always go there on a Friday night with 10 people unannounced. And they always make room for us somewhere. They’re just very nice. “Saigon Tokyo is a Vietnamese restaurant with a sushi bar. It is very packed, which is good for business. Full Viet menu and Japanese menu. Workers seemed busy, which is good. However, not that kind. Told me I could not have my own water and to put it away. I always bring my own water because i can not drink pipe water from restaurants. Also took a long time for service with little to no friendly words. Food came out hot and fresh. 4 stars for the food, 1 less star for the lack of friendliness while dining.

“Saito’s is good not great. I’ve been to better Japanese Hibachi. They didn’t have sushi!!!The server wasn’t the most personable & took forever to bring us our check. The chef was good. Food was yummy but for the price I’d expect bigger/better quality. Definitely worth going at least once during your adventures in Wellington.“
