“My first review of this place was not good I will admit. There was a VERY long wait time .... HOWEVER........ Never have I had an owner call me and directly apologize, AND tell me my next visit would be taken care of!! “I've been to Cha Cha several times through the years. usually I reserve it for special events and everytime I go the food is always good and the staff is always polite. It's my usual go to for good Japanese food. I do want to set some expectations for anyone reading this, however. This is not a grandiose, 5 star elegant and fancy place and the menu is pretty decent and covers most anyones needs, but isn't quite the largest either. That is fine as what they have, is great! If you're looking for an upscale, overpriced bland food restaurant. This is not your place. There's major chains for that. If you're looking for genuinely good Japanese food, a cozy atmosphere, and an overall great place to get some Udon, have a Kirin and have a good time, than this is the place. Keep up the amazing work!“

“I stopped in to this fun little place while traveling recently. The food was good, but what stands out the most was the exceptional waitress. Her name was Taylor H. She helped me in menu choices and was pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very attentive making sure I was taken care of and even answered some questions I had of the area. I highly recommend frequenting this spot whether local or traveling jand ask for Taylor H. You won’t be disappointed and she is an asset to this grill.“

“While the servers provided excellent service, my experience was negatively impacted by the owner’s demeanor. He was rude and displayed an unprofessional attitude while assisting another customer, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this set a negative tone upon entering the establishment and was quite disappointing.“

“After my uber driver picked up my food and never delivered it I contacted Tijuana assuming they would say it’s uber’s issue. I was very wrong. The staff there and the manager quickly prepared my ordered to pass off to a new uber driver in record time. The manager went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Especially during these times when staying home is more common then eating out Tijuana really helped me out. Thank you guys for all your help. And for surprising me with a bottle of smack my sauce! You are the best!“
