“Today Is October 15 2026 I order a # 3 which is a 10 piece crispy nugget meal and fires was slightly warm and the nuggets were cold and hard the nuggets should be cooked on order so they can be fresh a lot of people probably don’t order nuggets so the nuggets just sit there until someone goes through the drive through and order them food is to high not to get fresh food then when you let the employees know that’s the food is not fresh they gets a attitude real quick I threw over half of my food away because it’s wasn’t eatable I’m pissed off I paid my money for those nuggets it’s not the 1st time this has happened..“

The order taker asked me if I’m gonna be using my mobile app very polite the girl in the window and present very polite. Both said have a nice day. My bagel was soft and warm. Perfect my hash brown was fresh and hot. Great experience thank you Ruskin McDonald’s.“

“Came in after a long day and wasn't expecting much, but Jayson completely changed the experience. He was quick, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude the entire time. Even though the restaurant was busy, he never made us feel forgotten and handled everything with a smile. He made sure our food came out right, answered all of our questions, and kept the table clean throughout the meal. Service like his is the reason we'll be returning to this location. Huge thanks to Jayson for making our visit such a great one—he definitely deserves five stars!
