Staff is very friendly
The food was absolutely amazing, as it usually is, and that is why I hate having to leave only 3 stars. We ordered through the app because it advertises the convenience of ordering ahead and having your food brought out to your car. Our order showed that it would be ready at 4:43, and we arrived around 4:40, but the food did not come out until 4:58. Culver’s is a solid go-to for a good meal, with food that is consistently hot and fresh and service that is always dependable. The food was absolutely amazing, and the meal was excellent, fresh and delicious. One visit involved a mobile pickup order through the app, which advertises the convenience of ordering ahead and having your food brought out to your car; the order showed a ready time of 4:43, but the food did not come out until 4:58. The food itself was excellent, and the mobile pickup timing could be improved. A drive thru visit found the staff friendly, quick, efficient and brought out the meal in a timely manner. On a busy night, the drive thru cashier was taking orders and delivering them, and the visit was still taking care in 15min. The veggie burger was a great surprise, not dry and boring, but delicious with some melted paper jack cheese and all the fixings, plus onion rings. A road-weary family, including three picky kids, was satisfied. The only thing lacking was 2 trash cans with bags in the trash bin cubicle area inside restaurant area after being opened for an hour an 15 minutes at 11:15 one morning.
