Using the app and pick up window is also easy and convenient for those days after dance or sports practice when you just want a good quick meal. “When I tell you this is THE best chick fil a I’ve been to, I really mean it. The staff are always extremely helpful and there are almost never mistakes on my order which is surprising because this location is usually quite busy. Sometimes I’ll even ask for a side of pickles and they are glad to give me a little extra. 10/10.“

“To start off the service is excellent as always . Atmosphere excellent great food as always . There is one issue though with the survey they said they offer you a free desert or drink but don't do it it's a scam they are tricking you in getting that food. Very disappointing . “I ordered through the app. The drive through lines are long but they have speedy service. I normally order through the app and go through the drive-thru and pick it up, but if Im in a rush I order using the app and just go on the inside and they have your name on a board once your orders up you go and pick it up“

“We walked in the door that had a sign that said we require you to wear a mask. We had our masks on. The lady at the counter said oh no our dining room is closed. I asked about no sign stating that on their door. The manager said, it is in the other door which is on the other side of the building. There are 2 entrance doors at opposite ends, and you only have sinage on one? We left and went somewhere else.“

“The worst service ever. At 715 pm ordered the 8 piece family pack and the employee was very rude and surly. He took our money and started to box it up and said we don’t have all the chicken for your order it will be at least ten minutes. We said ok then we asked if they could substitute the missing items with the spicy chicken. He did not answer. Just held his hand up. We waited another 15 minutes to get a whole spicy box that we paid $32 for but ordered regular. The employee never communicated with us just gave us the wrong order. It was dry and horrible. All we asked for was the two pieces that were not available to be substituted with the spicy that was already ready. Will never go back to that location. Need to hire or train better.“
