Everytime I come here I always feel welcomed! I love what you guys are doing here! I’m from Michigan where the Dunkins coffee tastes like dirty dishes I’m so glad that’s not the case here I love how the coffee tastes here !

At 1:40 pm today on my lunch break I decided to treat myself to a drink and snack. I went up to the drive thru speaker and was met with a man obviously imitating a female voice, mocking me. When I finished ordering and started to pull forward I heard the employee laugh before turning the headset off. When I reached the window the man avoided eye contact with me at all costs as I looked visibly annoyed. This was very upsetting to me as I am recovering from an ED and thought by ordering a meal would be a great chance to aid in my recovery- it did not. Will not be returning here until the employees get their act under control.

Multiple instances where this location seals my delivery order without half the items inside. I have to stop ordering from here because Uber eats will stop believing me if I over report my missing and incorrect items
Olivia is absolutely amazing! She kindly answered all of my friends questions and helped her find exactly what she would like. She is informative and everything came out super quick. We also came in really close to close and she had such a positive attitude about it and did not mind at all. If you have a chance to meet Olivia count your blessings she’s amazing! 💕💕

When you buy doughnuts at Duncan, the minimum expectation is that they be fresh. I ordered a sandwich and doughnuts this morning at the Race Track Rd location and the doughnuts were not fresh. Not good. The service was good, though. We don’t do Duncan often, but this doesn’t make me want to do it more often.

My coffee tasted burned and just horrid. When u called up there they told me they could refund me, but not through the app. When I said I didn't have time to go back up there as I have things to do today, the manager hung up on me. I have never been so livid in my life!!!
