Current morning employees don’t seem to give a @/!? about working. The worst service I have seen in a while.

This is a terrible location. Nobody greets you when you walk in- they have two registers- one self order and one that an employee can check you out. No “welcome please order on the kiosk” or anything so you just stand there waiting for something, I mean anything before finally giving into the kiosk. (McDonald’s had kiosks but actual employees as well!) Ordered three donuts at the kiosk and that far too long to receive and SURPRISE! one of them was incorrect. Bathrooms have mildew on the walls, floors are dirty, walls are scuffed, really needed repair. I think I would get better service and just as good donuts from any gas station. Won’t return.

The girl with curly/wavy dark hair who was taking order at drive thru took so long to go to the window and take our payment. We had 3-4 more cars behind us waiting for her but all we could hear is her laughing with the guy she was working with inside so I don’t understand why they don’t have the sense of alertness knowing they got orders pending. We stood there for at least 5 minutes not even our payment being taken yet, and as a fast food worker that’s way past waiting time. She did say they got pending orders in the front and outside which i quite don’t believe because we were in drive thru first and the line started piling up because of how slow the service was. We also peeked inside and there wasn’t even at least three customers in there. Do a better job. People go to drive thru for a quick service.

Ordered two hot chocolates on the app. Got to the drive thru @ 7. At first got the recording that " this DD is close" then a young guy came on and asked how he could help.
I told him I was there to pickup for Allison, he said come to the window. I sat there for a total of 12 mind watching him pace back and forth while a young girl was have trouble with a pump thing, trying to make a drink. When she finally came to the window, she was telling me my total was eleven dollars and some change, I told her I was there to pick up a order for Allison for two hot chocolates and told her how long I was waiting for them to hand it to me. She LIED TO MY FACE and said she was on break. Umm. NO YOU WERE NOT. I was watching you have issues with the pump to make the drink.

I will NOT be back to this location on the grounds of her lying to me. This location is going down hill.

Stay away from ordering their avocado toast and or a grilled cheese. We constantly keep ordering this and they never toast the bread, we’re done. Tired of bringing it home and putting it in the toaster.

I love Dunkin and the staff is really friendly, but I order a latte with an extra shot of espresso and about 50% of the time I get a cup of milk. It is super frustrating when you spend over $7 on a drink and it’s just milk.

They don’t try to say the name or make an eye contact or thank them. They make a very unpleasant serious face with no emotions. I am sure they get paid very well. They look like they dread to be at work.

Sadly customer service is what they lack. They talk bad about customer(s) with other customers while the customer is still in the store. They are very prejudice.

Picked up a mobile order from another dunking and my drink was unfortunately made wrong. Stopped at the next Dunkin to get a new drink fully prepared to pay for the missing ingredient and this Dunkin remade my drink at no cost to me. Made my morning. Thanks so much for your fantastic customer service.

Such a horrible services!!
It was just me inside . They pretended I wasn’t there.
No hi or Good Morning or How can I help you today ?Nothing.
When I finally got my drink , lady didn’t ask if I need anything else… at the pick up order station The young lady said : Here ?
No Thank you nothing .

4 out of 5 times my order is incorrect or they forget something (no cream cheese on a bagel with cream cheese mostly). I even order online so they can't but always do mess it up. Not sure why I'm even posting this, Dunkin doesn't care.
