At 1:40 pm today on my lunch break I decided to treat myself to a drink and snack. I went up to the drive thru speaker and was met with a man obviously imitating a female voice, mocking me. When I finished ordering and started to pull forward I heard the employee laugh before turning the headset off. When I reached the window the man avoided eye contact with me at all costs as I looked visibly annoyed. This was very upsetting to me as I am recovering from an ED and thought by ordering a meal would be a great chance to aid in my recovery- it did not. Will not be returning here until the employees get their act under control.

Olivia is absolutely amazing! She kindly answered all of my friends questions and helped her find exactly what she would like. She is informative and everything came out super quick. When you buy doughnuts at Duncan, the minimum expectation is that they be fresh. I ordered a sandwich and doughnuts this morning at the Race Track Rd location and the doughnuts were not fresh. Not good. The service was good, though. We don’t do Duncan often, but this doesn’t make me want to do it more often.

My coffee tasted burned and just horrid. When u called up there they told me they could refund me, but not through the app. When I said I didn't have time to go back up there as I have things to do today, the manager hung up on me. I have never been so livid in my life!!!

Ive come to this location pretty often and tried to give it a couple chances but this location is truly terrible. Ive had many issues with this location but will talk about the most absurd interaction. I had some extra time before work and decided to get myself a drink. The drink I usually get is a mango pineapple refresher with lemonade, but with that drink you have the option to make it with green tea. Once they handed me the drink i resumed my drive to work but noticed it was made with green tea, so I decided to turn around and get it remade with lemonade. The manager had come to the window to confirm that my drink was supposed to be made with lemonade, handed me my new drink, and walked away. Because I was talking to the manager, I assumed that it was fine for me to drive away with the drink before trying it. When I did take a sip I realized that it was made with green tea AGAIN. Ive had many issues with the staff before regarding them forgetting items, making them wrong, or just sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes right after putting in my order. You're better off going to the location on longleaf than wasting your time here.
