Always order the same coffee and personally they always mess it up almost every time! I’m tired of it! Stop putting sugar in my iced coffee NO ONE LIKES TO CRUNCH ON SUGAR WHILE THEY DRINK!!!!!!! Also tried to call many many times and no one ever answers! Has to be the worst Dunkin’ I’ve come to!
This “establishment” has really gone down hill. They have screwed our order up almost every single day for months. We have even tried calling & they blocked our number because of how many times we have called to complain. I’ve worked for multiple coffee shops, and it doesn’t take much of a brain for someone to make a coffee correctly. To prevent potentially spreading Covid-19, they are all wearing masks..... that are pulled down and bunched below their chins, covering nothing. They aren't taking their customer's safety, nor their employer's reputation, seriously. I will shop elsewhere.
