“We stepped in for a bit to cool down from the heat outside so it was a short trip but wanted to shout out the BFC - big f***ing cookie! This thing was HUGE! Massive gooey warm cookie still bubbling in the skillet with 3 scoops of ice cream. The others in my group ordered frozen drinks for the same price ($10) but this BFC was definitely a DD win! I don't drink and we didn't order anything else so my review is pretty limited, but that cookie gets an easy 5 stars from me.“
“Great Food here every thing came out nice and Hot and fresh. The grouper was tasty and spiced Good with a nice crisp.The frys were great also. The chips and salsa were really good also.good service by the bar tender also. Can't ask for much more give them a try.“
“Went here with my whole family (just 5 of us) around 1:00 pm on the weekend. Great atmosphere, just off the road. Waitstaff was friendly and seated us right away on the patio, it was very nice out. Food was quicker to arrive than expected. Veggies were prepared wonderfully! Normally I’m not a fan of restaurant prepared vegetables but I thought this was excellent, broccoli and corn. My grandmother thought the broccoli stalks were a little firm but tasted great. Fries were special, very crispy thick cut fries. ISeafood we ordered was shrimp, mahi, mahi tacos, and grouper nuggets. Everything was SPECTACULAR! Great size mahi filet and the sauces were delicious.Our server was Jack, and he did an excellent job and brought everything we needed and checked on us an appropriate number of times to make sure everything was going well. Very friendly! Seriously recommend stopping by here if you’re in St Petersburg!Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian burger options, plenty of veggie friendly sides!Parking: We parked in the main lot. They have parking down the street if the main lot was full.“
“What I can say about $5.50 beers and $6 loaded tots on Wednesday. And they have trivia night. This place is amazing and the servicers were knowable and attentive. Definitely going to here a lot and try a burger. Cool mix of people in a mind blowing setting with the cleanest beer lines in the Burg. They had my fav New Hampshire IPA on tap. Score.Parking: Spots were all taken before 5 but there was plenty of spots around the lake.“
“A full blown date night restaurant in my opinion—delicious food, friendly service. Full bar and drink selection. We had appetizers, burger/entree, dessert and everything we ordered was great. What I like since their reopening is that it is less cafe and more full dining. I am not a vegan, and all of the alternative ingredients used tasted great and I did not feel like I was missing out on any flavor based on the absence of animal products. The parking was easy, they brought us a high chair, and my toddler was thrilled with the side Mac and cheese (he is extremely picky). They also have changing stations in the bathroom for little ones. Looking forward to coming back to try brunch!“
“Went for breakfast. Was originally worried because we were only people. But after being greeted warmly, we realized it may be because we are old and early risers. Marlie, our server, was so sweet! Made us feel so welcome. Hubby had Lumberjack which was prepared exactly how he ordered (he is particular about his eggs and toast). I had the Cubano breakfast. Yum yum yum. Mimosas to top off the meal and we left very happy. Thanks Marlie and Datz!“
“We actually decided to try this place because a couple doors down, the Cuban place ended up having bad customer service and bad sanitary practices. And of course this place was not a disappointment at all. The service was great. We had the Greek chicken salad, with a flatbread pizza. It was really good. And despite the fact that it was only one waitress who pretty much handled the whole place. In fact she let me try a sample of her three favorite beers. And they were all very good, I ended up going with the sour flavored one, Florida version. Needless to say she was very good. We didn't feel the service was lacking. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. If we weren't just visiting from out of town, we would definitely be back, and we highly recommend. ??“
