Jersey Mike's Subs is an excellent eatery with courteous and attentive employees. Fresh ingredients and delicious food make for a great dining experience. The restaurant offers good seating with sunny windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere, although the tinted windows can make it look closed at sunset. Parking may be limited, but the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Despite some difficulty accessing the location, the food quality is impressive, making it a good attempt at meeting the standard of traditional Italian subs. Customer service is also exceptional, with friendly, fast, and professional staff. The staff, including a helpful employee named Terry, remains calm and polite even during busy times. Many customers enjoy the always fresh food and appreciate the friendly team. However, some visitors have noted that, unlike other locations, this one does not allow ordering meat separate for pets, which was disappointing. Overall, the restaurant maintains a clean environment and consistently delivers awesome sandwiches.
