I kind of love the experience, walking in, it was amazing, I got put to my seat immediately and this young lad named Hau had an amazing smile and great service. Whenever I needed some help he was there, whenever I asked for a refill he smiled and said yes. I've never met such a young man that is as polite, respectful and forgiving as my server. Thank you.
I recently went here with my family and had a wonderful experience. The food was great but the pricing wasn’t the best. However, my server, Mr. Hau, was incredibly warming. I loved how kind the young man was and made sure we were taken care of.
My server Hau was amazing and had smiles all around! He made the atmosphere brighter and the food was incredible!

Plate Sushi Grill offers a wonderful experience with great food and multiple options to choose from. The place is cozy and warm, and the staff is very polite. Guests are seated immediately, and the service stands out. One server is described as a young lad with an amazing smile, incredibly warming, kind, polite, respectful, and forgiving. He is very attentive, always there when needed, and gives great recommendations on which dishes to try. He is very knowledgeable on the menu and very patient given dietary restrictions. He has a smile always and never shows annoyance. He is extremely welcoming and always attends to guests whenever they need. He is so friendly, comes back multiple rounds to check up on guests, and has a positive attitude that gives great service. He checks on guests without being overbearing and genuinely makes them feel taken care of. The pricing wasn’t the best, but the experience is pleasant from sitting down to receiving the check, with no complaints. Families and friends will definitely be back.
