Jon's Gourmet Nutrition @ Cafe 36 is a wonderful restaurant located inside the Wellness Center in St Leo University, open to the public. The food is fresh, delicious, and made to order with large portions. The menu has enough range to please a group with very different tastes. Specific meals mentioned include the salmon bowl, filled to the brim with fresh, healthy ingredients, and the avocado toast with an egg and salmon panini, both served on delicious crusty bread. The smoothies are always worth the money and taste like real fruit, a hit after the gym or pool. The owner is incredibly welcoming, personable, amazing, and kind. The staff handles tables with patience and good humour, and the food comes out together. The bill is a pleasant surprise. The beautiful poolside atmosphere offers a relaxing area to sit and eat. A proper crowd-pleaser, highly recommended.
