“I’m in town for work and this was my first time at pdq and the cashier (I believe her name was Savannah she had red blonde hair) was super nice and helpful and recommended doing a sauced chicken sandwich and it was so delicious, definitely will be recommending to freinds and family!!!“

“First visit at this location and for this chain. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. The area for sauces and sodas was clean and organized and the manager that took the order was friendly and attentive as well as the rest of the staff. We will definitely make more visits now that we know we have a really good Peruvian (Latino style) quick service chain nearby. I would have taken a picture of the food but it smelled so good I forgot to take one as I just dove right in. We ordered 3 complete specials and it cost approx $51. Well worth it in my opinion as 4 of us ate very well off those 3 plates.“

“This is the best pollo tropical location that we’ve been to in Florida, and every time we come here the food is great. We even got catering from here for 2 birthday parties!

The manager Jenny is great and makes sure her customers are well taken care of.“

“Great location and it's hardly ever busy I feel like it's overlooked since its the newest location in the area. But that doesn't mean it's inferior. I think it is probably the better of the 2 locations in Sanford. Staff is friendly service is quick and accurate and the restaurant is always spotless. I'm in the area frequently for work and I always choose to stop here rather than the other. I am never able to stay and eat but it I did I would definitely sit outside there patio is very nice and always clean with plenty of tables. This is a great Chick Fila location and great far anyone.“
