Lots of tables, all diamonds. 6 9 footers and around 20 bar boxes. Gets extremely busy at night, frequently all tables will be full. Food is pretty good, it's nice to have a full kitchen and bar at a legitimate pool hall. Jeremiah serves up drinks made right.

Come here to shoot in apa tournament. Terrific place.

I come here very often our server last night was so amazing i don’t remember her name but she had blonde hair and was very sweet. We came in to watch the fight and our server was busting her butt running around but I’m very unhappy having worked in the industry for 10+ years and so has my boyfriend and a server was running around bad mouthing other employees and customers and being rude to customers playing pool because she didn’t care she was on her phone, she was sitting with her tables for a long time while every other employee was running food. I will not put her name out there but very happy with how she was representing your company last night.

Expensive!!! So yesterday my husband and son go into Racks for lunch, are there for about an hour and a half. It cost them over $60 for LUNCH! Pool has always been free when you buy lunch- I guess that has changed but not the prices. But don’t worry, the GM will give you a $5 discount when you are completely blindsided. But hey, after going into Racks for YEARS, we will no longer. Only for the USAPL championships and then we will make a point to limit our spending. Great job deterring a long time customer!

My first time in basically being a complete newbie I was greeted by a beautiful woman with a welcoming smile. She told me all about the place and explained pricing and specials. Made me feel very comfortable in this new setting.
The food was great and fairly priced.
The facility is well lit. Has well maintained tables, and has quality balls. It was nice to see a large stock of house cues which were marked with their weights, which was helpful.
I look forward to spending a lot of time in this place.

Had a great experience this past weekend, had playoffs and lots of people there that the staff was attentive to and kept me full of food and drinks whenever I needed. They provided great options and suggestions on new drinks and food options to try. Jana, the manager Friday and Saturday, kept the staff working hard and filling in wherever needed. Servers Kristian, Brady and Samantha worked hard as a team even when they were flooded with customer orders and people bouncing all around the room.

Definitely love the atmosphere and will continue supporting this local business.

Pedro, the owner was bussing tables sweeping the floors to help out where he could and that goes a long way in my book.

For the last few years, we have rented the VIP room to hold our company Christmas party. Each year, I dealt with Jillian to do the booking. She has been the most awesome person to deal with each time. The staff has always been over the top in taking care of all of us, and this is why we have returned now 3 years running and that trend will likely continue. Thank you Racks staff and thank you Jillian for making sure we have always received the best service. The food has always been so good, we will order take out on occasion.....the BBQ burger is insanely delicious....Kudos to the kitchen staff as well!!
