I love ramen and happily used to make the trip to Orlando for good ramen. Until I discovered Yugiri in Sanford. This place has exceeded all of my ramen expectations. The broth (vegetarian shio), the noodles, the flamed tofu (and I’m not a tofu lover) and the marinated egg were perfection! The menu has a great selection (which I plan to explore), the portions are generous and the take out packaging is smartly done. Mike the owner introduced himself and made sure everything was okay. This is my new ramen spot. Do yourself a favor and try Yugiri. You’ll love it!

Honestly I’m kind of embarrassed that I’m just now leaving a review for this GEM of a restaurant. This is the best ramen in Sanford and I’d even go as far as saying the best in the Orlando area. My favorite is the spicy miso with extra chashu. Everything from the rich broth, the spice and flavor, the noodles, the perfectly cooked chashu, even more perfectly cooked egg, the pork dumplings, etc. I’ve been almost 10 times since my first visit maybe 5 months ago and each time the food is always CONSISTENT. Thank you Yugiri I hope you guys continue to prosper and even open more locations.

Really REALLY wanted to love this place. Came here for Tonkotsu ramen, didn't have it on the menu, it's okay I will go for the next best. I got a miso based ramen. It said it came with chili oil. I asked for it without chili oil. Still got it anyways. But I still ate it. I got an Okonomiyaki as a starter. And my other friend got a soy sauce based ramen. Presentation? Looked gorgeous. I was so excited. The chashu was cooked perfectly. The egg was cooked perfectly. The noodles were good. But the broth was SO rich. Too rich. Too thick. It wasn't even broth really it was way too thick.(I added a picture to show there's pretty much no broth) The flavor was way too strong. A few bites in and I absolutely couldn't eat anymore it was too much. I'm all for a rich decadent broth but this one was overwhelming. Sucks this was good and not all at the same time. Was really sad to spend almost $40 dollars between a starter. The ramen. And a drink and not really finish any of it.Maybe its hit or miss and I just got a misfire.

I ordered Ichiraku Ramen, it was so salty, not edible (I like salty food, but not this salty). I asked the server if I have ordered extra salt by mistake, he looked at my receipt, and said no, this is how it comes. No apology, nothing. This is my first time visit, last time too.

The spicy miso ramen was DELICIOUS but it was very spicy for those who love spice! The eggs are also great- I’m vegetarian and I was able to opt in for no pork so you can get a decent amount without meat at this shop!

This is the greatest Ramen spot, and I usually get the miso Ramen but today I tried the Raku Ramen. NARUTOS FAVORITE!!! It blew me away with how flavorful and well prepared it was. The owner is very friendly and has perfected his craft. You can taste the love in ever single noodle and every drop of broth. I highly recommend Yugiri Ramen to all ramen enthusiasts. The Vegan option are very amazing for my wife

For all the introverts like me, you get to order your meal from a kiosk up front, and have pretty much zero interaction from the staff. Enter your phone # during payment and they will text you when your order is ready.Negatives: it seems like the menu isn't super consistent. Today they didn't have any Tonkatsu Ramen, but other varieties. I do like that there are options to make bowls not spicy. I wish they had okonomiyaki today, but alas that was also unavailable. So, whatever menu options show up in the self-serve kiosk are what's available for the day, despite the menus posted online or printed there.Positives:-plenty of seating indoors/outdoors inside this business unit.-the broth was amazing and rich.-the charsu was charred and had those umami fatty pieces which I hear are the best. (I prefer non-fatty meat, it's a texture thing), but my husband enjoyed my donations ?-the eggs were also good, but maybe not as marinated as I expected.-there was so much food in my bowl, they do not skimp!Vegetarian options: Tofu and vegetarian broths available -- swipe kiosk pages right.

I absolutely love this place. They have amazing food no matter what you get everything has different options and they are always more than welcome to give the best experience. I love the atmosphere of the building it's a great place for anything. 10/10 I will be continuing to go.

I don’t even know where to begin with Yugiri, everything culminated in a fantastic experience.First, if you’ve never been it is indeed in the building called Henry’s depot, so when you get confused upon arrival you’re in the right place. Henry’s depot is a cool building with almost a street market feel, with all manner of food and drink available in a great environment.More importantly though, Yugiri ramen is housed here and that’s all that matters. The Garlic Shio Tonkotsu was the best ramen I’ve eaten, and I’ve looked all across the state for good ramen. The presentation was fantastic, the pork perfectly crisp on one side and tender on the other, the egg cooked perfectly over easy for that custard yolk to marry with a wonderfully marinated egg white, and the broth was sublime. The broth was so rich and flavorful I had to stop and talk with the owner mid meal to gush over it and after speaking with him, I understand why it tastes so good. His knowledge on ramen is seemingly inexhaustible, and his love for the product shows through his conversation and into the bowl.My only regret is not having more stars to give, and more stomachs to fill. Thank you Yugiri, I will be back very soon.

I have to say this is the best Ramen I had in years. Did not even know this place existed. Had Garlic Tonkotsu, and was amazed how good the quality was. Will definitely be back to try all their different Ramen.

I’ve eaten here tons of times and everytime has been so wonderful! But what I really need to rave about here is the staff. Mike and his staff are top notch. We recently had them cater our rehearsal dinner and it was the best decision we could’ve made for the dinner. They were so professional, fun and all of the food was absolutely incredible as always. Whether you live close by or not, this is the place to go for top notch ramen.Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian but personally prefer their vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: My husband has a dairy allergy and is always taken care of. We had a lot of vegetarians for our rehearsal dinner and they were more than accommodating

Yummy ramen with lots of good choices. You order on a computer and then the food is cooked to order so it takes a little bit of time. There are places to sit inside and outside; nothing fancy, but good fast casual food.
