I’m a fan of the ramen here. It feels as though the flavors and presentation have been very well thought out. I did see someone said that it’s not 100% for strict vegans, but I can’t speak to that as I haven’t had an issue myself here.
That being said, and this is not a direct reflection of the Yugiri Ramen Project’s owner, but I feel that Henry’s Depot as a whole has taken a dive when it comes to cleanliness. The bathrooms are always gross and the whole place feels…...
Don't let the depot interior fool you: this is the best ramen you will find in Central Florida. What it lacks in atmosphere, it makes up for in both incredible value and quality. Each bowl always includes a good berth of ingredients plus plenty of meat and a whole egg - both things which I've found other places tend to skimp out on while charging just as much, or more. The broths are full and hearty, and the service is timely. Don't ignore the side dishes on offer...
Great takoyaki, Japanese street food staple. Karage also pretty good. Spicy miso ramen, agreeing with some other reviews too salty, broth too gravy like. Still delicious just couldn't keep pounding the salt. Thinking for miso( salty) soy sauce( salty) gotta find a balance. Maybe more clear broth in the mix depending on salt content of the broth would make this 5 star plus. Not saying I won't eat here again soon maybe trying the Shiro ramen which is seasoned base with...
