It was good except I asked for a med-well cheeseburger and I received a well-part burnt cheeseburger with the cheese melted over do you couldn't see the burnt part. I didn't say anything as I didn't want to ruin our lunch but watch how you order here. Atmosphere and service was great.

Four of us had dinner at the new restaurant on Sanibel, BRGR, not really knowing what to expect. The service that we received from Cole started our evening off great with some lovely mixed drinks and appetisers. (Try the whitefish dip and the brushetta.)
We looked around to see what our fellow diners were enjoying and many had large burgers that were accompanied by tasty looking fries.
Once we placed the order with Cole, we finished off the appetizers and had a short wait for our hamburgers. They tasted as good as they looked. Juicy, thick and stacked with a great variety of options.
We recommend BRGR to everyone who is on Sanibel or nearby Ft. Myers neighbors.
These burgers are perhaps the best that we've ever had and we can't wait to return!

The bartender was irritated about an order then didn't bother to tell us to seat ourselves or someone would seat us. So glad we left, went to the Blue Giraffe and it was amazing, along with superb service!

After COVID it is very hard to find a reasonably priced restaurant. Surprisingly we found one on Sanibel at BTGR Kitchen & Bar. Ate there last week on a week night and it was a very enjoyable evening Excellent burgers,great fries, even GF options with no upcharge for a GF bun,(unheard of) very reasonably priced with amazing service by Kyanne to top it off. Only wish they had a location in MN.

Visited for breakfast at 9am. Beautiful, modern space, but service was poor—no greeting on arrival or departure, staff seemed disinterested and we had to prompt them to take our order. Multiple tables sat unbused.
Food was hit-or-miss: the sandwich ($10) was essentially a gas station breakfast—stale bagel with processed eggs and deli ham. The smoked salmon toast was delicious but took 8-10 minutes while staff chatted, leaving our other food cold.
Come for the aesthetic if you don’t mind lackluster service and inconsistent food quality.
