We had an exceptional dining experience at Shima Japanese Restaurant, featuring the Miyazaki Anraku Wagyu Yakiniku. The chefs and restaurant host, who flew in specially from Japan, took the time to introduce the exquisite cuts of Wagyu, adding a personal and authentic and fun touch.
