The appetizers (fish dip and firecracker shrimp) were decent. The grouper tacos were fantastic! And the dessert (ice cream sandwich) was very good! The atmosphere is beautiful! The service was okay but tbf it was pretty busy!

This is our go-to place after church since we live here and we also live in Tennessee. We go back and forth quite a bit but this has become our favorite breakfast place. It makes great lunch too, but I frequently go after church

FOOW has the best atmosphere and customer service! Jordan, the new bartender, served us and even with a full bar she went above and beyond. Can’t beat the hospitality, food, and views!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Seated for 30 mins and was never greeted or attended to by a server even after bringing the possible “oversight” to the attention of a manager! Went to another local restaurant…greeted and seated in less than 5 mins and, NO it wasn’t a busy night for either restaurant! I can only attribute it to one thing, but I digress!! Do better, FOO Fish Out of Water!! #Unprofessional #Unacceptable

I’ve never been taken advantage of on a mixed drink like I was here ! I ordered a Jack and diet, double , tall glass with a lime. I got my check and it was $32 add sales/liquor tax and now we are at 36 dollars. Add a 20 percent tip, now over 42 dollars! Go grab a double Jack at Fish out of water for $42! lol . I don’t mind paying 24 at the top end of retail value. That is ridiculous and don’t worry about me coming back . Not that you guys care I’m sure . The food is good but under proportioned. The place is clean, great views, and very nice. I left hungry and feeling taken advantage of. Beware and don’t order thing marked as market price either here folks! Read my reviews as they are in the 270’s .

Saw the reviews and we thought we would give it a shot. From waiting 45 minutes to sit down and then another 10 to just walk out without knowing who on earth our waiter was. We saw 2 servers walking by us multiple times and not a one gave us a single world. First and last time trying this place. So glad to waste an hour of my life to be disappointed.

Delicious food, fantastic bar, beautiful views in a comfortable atmosphere, and marvelous service from Alex - we will be back. I was very grateful that nearly everything there was gluten free, and my husband was grateful that the hush puppies were not. (He ate 6.)

Vacationed in Rosemary. Nothing in Rosemary was as good as Fish Out Of Water and it all was much more expensive. Friendly staff, beautiful beach view, wonderful food. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

There was nothing better than watching the Gulf of Mexico Sparkle before me as I sipped Frozen Rose and sampled fresh oysters on the half shell at Fish out of Water in Santa Rosa Beach Florida.
While the atmosphere was lovely and the food delicious, it was difficult to get the bartender's attention or receive prompt service at times.
The atmosphere was lovely enough, however, the awful paintings hanging in the lobbies and entrance to the restaurant look like children's art projects splattered together with colored whipped cream poorly mimicking seascapes, the art was sophomoric and distracted from the lovely ambience.

Beautiful scenery, nestled on top of Watercor Inn - this is a very nice spot to visit.

Food was delicious, service was great.

Would definitely eat here again when we come back.
