I had the pleasure of seating at the 5pm “snack hour” at the chef’s table. The staff were kind and generous with their time. They made me feel welcome the moment I stepped through the door. The food was incredible. All the ingredient were fresh and balanced. The pork belly melted in my mouth. Will definitely come again. Don’t sleep on the 5pm snack hour!
The food and the wine were fantastic. This is an amazing chefs tasting restaurant. Let them take you on an incredible journey through the meal. Reservation is required and absolutely worth the time.
We’ve been to the Roux twice, and both times it has been our favorite dinner for each trip. The food is incredible. The atmosphere and service were exceptional as well. The Chef is very informative about each course he creates. Can’t say enough good things about the Roux. We will be back again!
