Super friendly host and attentive service. Spicy pepper salsa and French-fry dipping sauce was yummy. Tasty sandwich! Would definitely return.

This place is a gem on 30A & I always love coming and getting buffalo wings with lemon pepper sprinkled on them. They are always piping hot and served with delicious crinkle fries and a smile. Support this amazing veteran-owned local restaurant!!

This is the best cheesesteak you will find in Florida! We have never had a bad experience coming here, the staff are always friendly, efficient, and they keep the place spotless. Last night we even caught one of the workers taking a second to sit and play a board game with a little girl! The staff here truly do care about what they are doing, I would definitely recommend making this your first stop here in the Panhandle!

This is the best place in Santa Rosa for a casual but delicious meal! My family and I eat here every year when we visit. The Philly is amazing and always fresh. You can't go wrong with fries, onion rings, or sweet potato fries. If you get the Philly ask for the pepper jelly and if you get the sweet potato fries get the southwest sauce to dip them in. Staff are always friendly with fast service.

South of Philly is one of, if not the best local restaurant around. Patrick is awesome & Kaelan is also. I recommend the wings or mahi tacos/sandwich. The fries are amazing also. Ask for the South of Philly sauce! 10/10

As a veteran, I like to support vet owned businesses when possible. I ate here for the first time this week. I had the Philly Cheese Steak and Onion Rings. The cheese steak was exactly what I wanted and hit all the right notes for flavor. A great roll, perfect steak, peppers, onions, and cheese. The onion rings were crisp and hot, with good size and not greasy. Overall, excellent. I'll definitely be back. Don't forget to check out the memorabilia on the walls and back hall.

Reminded me a the old hole in the wall local joints back home up north. The Philly is amazing, their fries are so on point. The decor took me back to my child hood, as I loved looking at all the wrestling, sports, and movie posters. Definitely recommend, and I love the fact their to go is always on point for when I dont have time to hang out.

Relaxed. Not far from the beach. Go to the counter to order and they bring it to your table. I got the Philly. It was delicious. We are locals and I'm always on the hunt for a good cheese steak sandwich. This was good. I will go back.
