Sub Shack is a restaurant serving excellent sub sandwiches with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The space is small but bright, fresh, and clean. The bread is super fresh, including wheat bread and excellent toasted white sub rolls. Ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are very fresh, and the meat is delicious and abundant. Sandwiches are enormous, huge, and filled nicely. Specific subs praised include the large special Thanksgiving Sub with turkey, cranberries, stuffed dressing and crispy onions, the Boardwalk Italian packed with meat and excellent seasonings, and the Riptide Reuben on a superb pumpernickel rye. Salads also have amazing presentations with chopped lettuce and ingredients. The menu has great selections and is very reasonably priced. Online ordering is easy and good for customizing items. The whole experience exceeds high expectations, confirming five-star reviews. It is a huge hit for both lunch and dinner, perfect for a meal on the beach.
