Pretty disappointed with our experience at Shelby's. The place is more quick casual dining than we had hoped for. There were no draft beer options, everything was served in a can with no cold glasses available. It’s hard to think of anything better than the dining experience and location, but I’ve never had kinder service from a restaurant. Cynthia and Maddie were courteous and accommodating, and I felt like I got my money’s worth in both the food and care. Thank you for the lovely night!
We visit Santa Rosa every summer and Shelby’s was a new spot for us to try. My three year old immediately saw the Good 2 Grow juices (I love that they have them) and asked if she could pick one out before we were seated. The hostess was so kind and said “of course!” We went to pick one out and our waiter even came to help her choose.
