If you come for your vacation don’t waste your money on the beach club unless you want to be treated like a child, belittled, overcharged and screamed at. The beach club’s rules seem to change daily based on their staff. We did our best to keep up with the changes but didn’t manage to meet their expectations and were then treated extremely rudely when we missed yet another rule or limitation. Hello, I just wanted to share our families experience with the WaterColor Beach Club. Specifically, the beach chair rental department. We reserved beach chairs for Monday and Thursday of our stay in advance. We stayed with our entire family including 3 kids under 3 years of age. After our Monday reservation we decided the beach wasn’t the best fit for our family. 3 toddlers don’t do well on the beach all day with no naps!

After staying in the WaterColor Community for 10+ years each summer, I have never experienced that type of disrespect. Worse customer service ever. I do not wish that type of behavior on my worse enemy. Never again.
