Met some friends here for coffee. The service was competent, friendly and welcoming. Coffee was great.

My husband and I LOVE Hawaiian coffee, on our two hour drive home from an earlier destination we noticed the badass coffee sign! We turned around asap and pulled in. As I ran through the rain I saw chairs stacked on tables, thought well maybe it’s just half of the store to prepare for closing. I attempted to walk in but the doors were locked. I looked down at the sign stating closes at 6PM and checked my phone it was 5:50PM. I am reasonable and completely understand preparing to close but if you’re not truly open for customers until 6 then adjust business hours to 5:45 or whichever time you close. I hate leaving a negative review but we left so disappointed they likely could be a five star location…but I was not given the opportunity to find out. Is that normal to lock the doors before closing time at other coffee houses? Maybe I’m misunderstanding? Just know we’re bummed for the missed coffee.

Friendly staff and we had our dog with us. Tables outside also.

Tried this place for the first time this week, absolutely delightful! I got the Coffee Kooler original, soooo smooth, great coffee flavor, and sweetener was not overwhelming! Very yummy, will definitely be back! Oh and staff was very helpful and kind, one girl in particular was very bubbly and sweet to all the customers! You can tell the staff likes working there

The staff there are so welcoming every time I go. They know me by name and always remember my order. I appreciate the owner very much as well. He always approaches me just to ask if everything taste good. Thank you for your Badass Culture!

Coffee is great, people working are great. The nasty dogs that are allowed inside this place where food is served is not. They're not service animals, they're just people's nasty dogs jumping on the couches, rolling around on the carpet, and barking when they want. Dogs belong outside, pretty simple. Disgusting and unsanitary.

The young lady working on Sunday, 03/22 @ 3:15pm is awesome. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. This type of customer service is rare & I greatly appreciate it! Will definitely come bk!
