The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and our Server was terrific. He explained the specials and answered questions. We enjoyed drinks and a poached pear salad which was amazing. Husband ordered the eggplant dish and really enjoyed. I was between ordering a few things on the menu and asked our Server about the veal Parmesan. I've been here many times and the food and service are always excellent. The food is beautifully plated and delicious, and the wine list is phenomenal. The limoncello tartufo for dessert was fantastic
We always eat weekly at Gabbiano's during our three week stay in Siesta Key and have never been disappointed. Last night's Eggplant and Veal Parmesan dishes were both excellent. We were seated in the recently remodeled front dining area and loved the new look and the well spaced tables.
