The Biscoff one wasn't even a cookie and, for us, not particularly nice and didn't eat it all. The three that were cookies, weren't particularly good either. Cost around $24, feel ripped off and won't be going back.
The works are always grinding to push out the cookies of the week for customers. Today I experienced an issue with the third party delivery driver in which my order was ready and not picked up in over 30 minutes. I called the store to see if everything was okay and they offered to call the delivery service for me. After that my new driver successfully delivered my cookies and it came with a special note! Thank you to whom ever I spoke with on the phone and the rest of the crew💕
We bought a box of 4. Cookies were good but it’s honestly overrated. Only a few clients but service was bad…not welcoming at all, plus they made a mistake on our order. Luckily my wife opened the box before leaving the store and ask to replace the cookie that we didn’t ordered. Missy was pissed, gave us attitude and act as we should take it anyway.
