“I came to this store on 8/27/25 around 7pm after having a bad experience trying to get a pub sub. When I walked in I was greeted by everyone in the store, including the staff that were in the back. They made my sub with care and definitely uplifted the rest of my night. Everything was clean and I was acknowledged while walking out as well. I’ve always had great service here. It’s the little things that go a long way.“
“They finally have chicken salad subs again, I’m very pleased!!! The chicken salad mixture is nice and normal….no weird additions and very tasty!! Update! I visited again today and the Chicken Salad wasn’t on the menu!!! But I asked and the guy said they still have it for the time being… but it will be going away soon…… so sad but happy that I was able to order it today, they were very nice about it!!“
“Let me start by saying Wow. I am absolutely floored by the level of customer service provided in this location. My daughter is very picky, but has some how come to love the club sub from Jersey Mikes and refuses to get a sandwich from anywhere else. In particular she loves this location. Generally, every store we visit provides a great food experience, but there is something or should I say someone this location has, that others don’t. This gentleman’s name is Todd. Todd provides exemplary service. He recognizes my daughter and to a T remembers her exact order, and even got her to try a different bread. If this man doesn’t run this store he SHOULD. I cannot say enough positive words about what I experienced as I watched him interact with our whole family. Thank you Todd, for going above and beyond. Thank you for being a shining example of what it means to make a difference in somebodies day.“
“I wanted to take a moment to give this location and the lady working some deserving recognition. I arrived to pick up an online order and decided to enjoy it on the tables outside. I noticed my sandwich was made incorrectly so I went in and the lady apologized. She explained there was an employee who didn’t show up and she was also responsible for training her only helper who overlooked the details of my order. To manage online orders and lots of foot traffic is not possible and she was up front in letting customers know that they would have a wait. Not only did she politely apologize and correct my order but she let me keep the incorrect sandwich which meant it wouldn’t end up wasted as I could give it to somebody else in my household. Also, she gave me a card good for a future sandwich on my next visit as a result which wasn’t necessary. She is an asset to the Jersey Mike’s team and for those customers that walked out, they will do fine without your business. Thanks Jersey Mike’s!!!“
“The staff was friendly and my Italian sub was perfect, which is the kind of quality I expect from Jersey Mike's. But I have to ding at least one star here because I was the only one in the shop and although I only ordered one sub, the person preparing my sandwich was also preparing three other sandwiches at the same time. I understand phone in and app orders need to be filled, but I believe a customer standing there waiting for their subs should be given at least some deference. I had somewhere to be, and this almost made me late.“
