I prefer this Bee Ridge McDonald's location in the morning over the other McDonald's on 41. The biscuits are always fluffy and fresh at Bee Ridge McDonald's. Today, I used my mobile app to order a Sausage Egg n Cheese Biscuit for pickup. It was missing the sausage. I called and explained. I returned and they happily corrected my order. Thank you!
Took my kids to have some lunch and to play in the play place. All our food came out correct and we had the best service from Leo. Huge shoutout to Leo for also bringing our food out to us when he didn’t have to because I had my toddler on my hip and couldn’t carry everything. Everyone was polite and working the best they can! Looking forward to coming back with my kids. It was much cleaner than other locations as well. ☺️
McDonald’s corporate is making decisions that is ruining the food. I don’t eat here very often once a year for burgers, mostly breakfast which is still ok. But the burgers are so thin and small you almost can look right through it. Had a Big Mac meal 10.00 and compared to one I had mid summer last year, I’ll stick with breakfast for now. Wish I took a picture beforehand and before I tossed it in the trash, did eat the fries. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else
