Love the bartenders, especially Nick, Alyssa and Pablo. They always make sure to take care of you and make you feel seen. Weekends are definitely busier but it’s always a good vibe. If you’re looking for a dive bar that gives you everything a dive bar can, this is the right spot. Coming from a local this is my go to bar. Love moondoggys!!!!

My friend and I were harassed by a drunk man who was throwing lit cigarettes at us, and when we called the police, the bartender pretended they didn’t see anything even though it was all on camera and they clearly saw everything since they were trying calm the guy down. The cops confirmed there was footage, but the staff refused to cooperate and claimed they didn’t witness it???

Instead of supporting us, the bar kicked us out and “banned” us simply for protecting ourselves. We even filed a police report and were told by the owner that we were welcome to come back, but when we tried, we were kicked out again proving the owner doesn’t keep their word.

This place clearly doesn’t care about women’s safety, or about creating a safe, respectful environment for anyone. If you value your safety or want a drama-free night out, avoid this place at all costs fr 👎👎

Rude and disrespectful bartenders. After being harassed by a man inside the bar (he threw lit cigarettes at me and screamed in my face), I filed a police report. The bartenders witnessed everything yet claimed they “didn’t see anything,” even though the police confirmed it all on the security cameras. Instead of supporting a loyal customer who has been coming here for over 5 years, they kicked me out and “banned” me. Meanwhile, they’re more than willing to serve underage kids but punish locals who speak up when harassed. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe environment.

Not dog friendly, we were outside with our less than 10lb dog and we were told, dogs not allowed on any of the premises. Really? They don’t even serve food. Bartender spent more time talking to friends. Refused to add one more beer during shift change no food.

I really enjoyed this place it had a very bright, fun and great atmosphere. I liked that there was a good mix of ages for customers. I didn't score the food because I didn't have any. I just went for drinks and some fun. I gave the service for stars simply because at least two bartenders and a barback just glanced over instead of asking what I needed. The bartender was very polite, cute and helpful except she made both of my drinks incorrectly the first time. I'll chalk it up to her being new at her job. Over all I would go back.

If you ever get Chris as a bartender at Zuzu's you know you're about to get the best drink of all time. He is genuinely the most genuine and great person. So sociable and always checking in on everyone. Every recommendation he has ever given me has been so delicious. If Chris is working you know the vibe is going to be so good. I recommend 100%!

As a formally trained bartender, this place is legit. Clean, professional and the SK beach cam is on the large screen. First time here, I’ll be back…..
