Went there the day it closed, I understand why they shut down... There's no personal aspect, the bartender didn't understand the simple concept of I wanted to customize my food but couldn't on the screen you have to order on, even made me feel stupid for wanting to customize my food. Was handed the wrong food and it took ten minutes to get someone's attention to fix their mistake. I will mention again no personal aspect, they didn't have servers, just a bartender and food runners....read full review
Let them go out of business. I ordered $70 worth of food tonight. Didn’t get one item and the Fat sandy is disgusting with a 3 day old half scoop of Mac & cheese, 1 onion ring and 2 of the worlds smallest potato wedges I have ever seen. TRASH food and nothing like how it used to be.
food good, service terrible ordered food to go & they forgot to put an item in the bag & refused to refund the food. I didn't have the time to run back & get the food THEY forgot to put in the bag. Maybe the workers need to lay off the 420.
