Had a wonderful experience, our cashier was Courtney she was very knowledgeable and polite! She answered all our questions and even came to check how our food was! Her customer service skills were AMAZING for such a young lady!
Once again and only my 3rd time visiting a Panera BREAD, and this is the second time they were OUT of BREAD. The cashier gave attitude, but the manager did give us bread for our side from the 'sandwich' bread. As I was NOT having an apple or chips with our soup and salad. That's why you go to Panera BREAD for the BREAD.
This guy Keegan is built different!! He brings hope to a young generation. His attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and customer service was amazing!!! The manager was so sweet too! Amazing!
