Meeting with friends and placed a pick two order times two on my app. Thought I was so smart to use my reward, only didn’t notice that I placed the order in the other store also on University Pkwy, where I was last. On realization that I wasn’t where I needed to be, the managers immediately offered to replace the order where we were. That is remarkable customer service, which I will certainly reward every chance I get.... ;-)

This Panera is always so good. Food comes out quick and well made. The self checkout counters are the best thing because the menu is so large that it’s easier to choose this way, seeing pictures and calmly choosing.

We had just had dinner and walking it off when we popped into Panera Bread for dessert. They didn’t have much to choose from, because it was late. However the place was clean and staff was very helpful. We sipped on chai lattes and enjoyed cherry danish. There are lots of parking and this location is conveniently located at the UTC district, located off university parkway!
