Ruth's Chris Steak House - Lakewood Ranch

My wife and I met two friends there for happy hour and had a great time eating and talking. All of the food and service was great. Food was fairly priced and cooked perfectly and the service was the best. All of the mixed cocktails were great tasting too. I would highly recommend Ruth’s Chris for happy hour or dinner.

Epically amazing! We went for a special night and while I had high expectations, they met and exceeded them!

We started with Randall in the bar for a happy hour warm up. Will definitely go back - great value and energy!

Dinner was lovely! Cristian did an excellent job of checking on us, but never hovering. My sea bass was beyond tasty and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Unfortunately, Mom’s steak was way under cooked, but it’s on us that we didn’t send it back for more grill time.

Sequoia was the perfect manager, attentive, responsive, and that same great attitude we experienced during our entire visit.

Well, I have to say, the steak was a bit too heavy on the seasoning and salt, which really overpowered the natural flavor of the meat. For the price, it was a bit of a letdown. That being said, the service was wonderful, and I could tell the team was really trying their best to make it a pleasant experience. The decor is lovely too, a real nice ambiance. However, the lack of an alcohol menu beyond wine was surprising for a place of this caliber. I think the restaurant has a lot of potential, but it might benefit from having chefs who can bring out the best in the ingredients, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending it until I hear that they've made some changes to how the steaks are prepared.

Cowboy Ribeye with creamed spinach. Ordered my steak medium rare, was cooked to medium, almost medium-well. Certainly, it was not worth an $81 price tag. Very disappointed in the meal overall. Server Anthony was great and was spot on with everything. Wish the steak was better.

Came here for our anniversary dinner. Had a great meal fro start to finish. The real highlight was the mashed sweet potatoes, they tasted like a dessert. Will definitely be back for more!

My husband and I celebrated our 34th Anniversary here and had a wonderful experience thanks to manager Sequoia Copeland and our server Jeremy. The food was amazing and you absolutely gave us a much needed "post hurricane" lift with your above and beyond hospitality. I can highly recommend the sweet potato casserole a la mode for desert. We will certainly be back and we thank you for a lovely evening!

We had a terrible experience here the first visit but Ruth Chris gave us a “be our guest” experience and we visited again last night. The new manager Sequoia Copeland is AWESOME. She did her best to make this the most memorable and positive experience. The food and staff were awesome and because of her we will be back again.

Ruth Chris never disappoints us. My husband and I split the steak special which turned out to be plenty of food for the two of us. We had a wonderful server, Cayla who is very attentive with suggestions on specials. She made our date night very special.

I was next-door at 7-Eleven delivering fuel. The manager and some of her staff had gotten in line to get fuel. She asked me if I wanted a steak sandwich to go on the house. At first I declined because in the past at other restaurants, I have not had very good luck with steak sandwiches. Ultimately she insisted so I took her up on offer. I am so glad I did. That was the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much that. It really hit the spot. Now I’m gonna have to order me a steak sandwich to go every time I deliver to the 7-Eleven next-door. The cheesecake was wonderful surprise and absolutely delicious! Again, thank you so much!

Our serve John was amazing. He was very engaging with us and kept dinner very entertaining, and food was absolutely delicious. If you ever eat here request to have John as your server.

We went to the location after a long, stressful week of prep, storm and no power. The servers were all doing a great job with a huge amount of tables. I thought our food was some of the best that we have had at Ruth's Chris. So happy that the location was able to open and so happy to have a hot (500 degree) meal!
