“Steaks were so good they melted in your mouth. Love the lobster mac and cheese. Wedge salad is also very good. Found out we can take our own wine (with a $25 corkage fee)--GAME CHANGER! Now we can dine here more often with the wine of our choice.“

“My wife and I met two friends there for happy hour and had a great time eating and talking. All of the food and service was great. Food was fairly priced and cooked perfectly and the service was the best. All of the mixed cocktails were great tasting too. I would highly recommend Ruth’s Chris for happy hour or dinner.“

“Food was superb. with the dessert being a surprize. Coming from Texas I am highly critical of place. The service was quick and effecient, and also knowledgable of the menu. Food was tremendous, from appetizer to entree. Desert was a surprise, with just the final touch of sweet. Only negstive was the condition of the restroom.“

“This was our first visit. I say first because we will definitely be returning. What a great experience. We went on a random Tuesday, so I knew it wasn’t going to be terribly busy (off season bonus!) Amelia, our server, was so friendly and knowledgeable-and just the right amount of attentive. Gave some good recommendations and both our selections were excellent. Steak was done exactly as requested and was, as my husband puts it… like butter. Au just was off the hook. Basically, if you are looking for a casual place to enjoy a really good steak (or anything on their menu), this place is it. Oh and we also visited their butcher counter and brought some of their selections home with us.“

“My husband and I just stopped in on our way home from Alabama and we were absolutely blown away by the food here! My husband’s steak could be cut with a fork it was so tender! Definitely looking forward to stopping in on our next road trip!“

“We stopped in an hour before closing time this past Sunday after flying in from New York. Ester took care of us and made the experience even better. She made us feel welcomed and didn't rush our stay.
Our food came out within 10 minutes and everything was delicious as expected.“

“Amazing steakhouse people .. Steaks are cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor. The sides are delicious, especially the garlic mashed potatoes. Cozy atmosphere with attentive service. Great wine selection too. Perfect spot for a date night or celebration. Highly recommend I do to anyone“

“We celebrated our 41st anniversary here last night and we were thoroughly impressed. First of all the dining room is beautiful, the staff was amazing and we were served by the manager and general manager. The table was nicely decorated with a card signed by the entire staff and rose pedals were so beautiful spread across the table. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. From the lobster escargot appetizer to the dry aged ribeye to the huge sides of pancetta corn and Gruyère au gratin potatoes everything was on point. Best steak we have had in our 41 years and best service as well. Forget other steakhouses and come to Hyde Park.“

“Jillian is an amazing waitress, who is very attentive and made the meal an enjoyable experience. The food was incredible as always and I would highly recommend stopping in here for lunch or dinner. If you have a chance to have Julian as a server, you’re in for a treat.“

“We hadn't been to a Longhorn Steakhouse for a long time and were pleasantly surprised with our experience at this one in Sarasota. It is busy but has a nice ambiance, excellent food, and excellent service. Ariel, our waitress, did a fine job. The steaks were cooked as ordered. Entrees came with salads and a side. The Filet and Lobster Tail with sides of Mac and Cheese, the Filet with salad and a sweet potato, and the Salmon and Shrimp with salad and a side of Brussel sprouts were all delicious. I would not hesitate to return.“
