“Food was superb. with the dessert being a surprize. Coming from Texas I am highly critical of place. The service was quick and effecient, and also knowledgable of the menu. Food was tremendous, from appetizer to entree. Desert was a surprise, with just the final touch of sweet. Only negstive was the condition of the restroom.“

“We hadn't been to a Longhorn Steakhouse for a long time and were pleasantly surprised with our experience at this one in Sarasota. It is busy but has a nice ambiance, excellent food, and excellent service. Ariel, our waitress, did a fine job. The steaks were cooked as ordered. Entrees came with salads and a side. The Filet and Lobster Tail with sides of Mac and Cheese, the Filet with salad and a sweet potato, and the Salmon and Shrimp with salad and a side of Brussel sprouts were all delicious. I would not hesitate to return.“

“We had an excellent meal. I had the tuna steak which was cooked perfectly, tasted exceptionally fresh, and seasoned exquisitely. Husband had the filet which was also wonderful. We enjoyed cocktails which were spot on. The espresso chocolate cake topped off the evening. Our server Alex was attentive but not intrusive and gave excellent suggestions. Service was top notch. We love the Capital Grill and will continue our patronage especially after a night like last night.“

“We stopped in an hour before closing time this past Sunday after flying in from New York. Ester took care of us and made the experience even better. She made us feel welcomed and didn't rush our stay.

“We were a party of four celebrating a Ruby wedding. A card was waiting for us on the table. Our server Adam was terrific. Cocktails and wine were excellent. My husband’s ribeye was tender, tasty and served rare, just as he requested. The rest of us had Chilean sea bass, which was so delicious! The sides were also good. I don’t eat dairy and it was no problem to alter dishes for me. The ambiance was perfect and for us, dining at Hyde Park is more than a meal out - it’s an experience! Highly recommend!“
