“The best neighborhood bar around.“

“Very casual vibe to the place. We sat at the bar. I was super excited to see Buzztime trivia. The servers were attentive yet not overly in your face. I got the buffalo wings and my goodness they were lit!🔥 The smoke flavor combined with the sauce was incredible. Yes, they actually smoke meat. Had a great chat with one of the owners, he was very personable and his excitement for what he’s doing was apparent. Husband really enjoyed the brisket pizza. The only downside is that it’s not closer to my house or this would be my local hangout. Recommended if in the area!“

“We have a wild two year old who makes eating out difficult. We heard this restaurant was kid friendly with a water area for littles to play so we decided to check it out while we were out in the area. We had a great experience! My son could have played there in the water all day if we let him. We sat outdoors in a shady area and watched him play as we ate our lunch. Win win! I got the chicken Philly (minus the mushrooms and marinara) and it was great! My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and also enjoyed his. Both were much bigger than we had expected! We probably didn’t need to order sides (fries and onion rings) or could have shared one side between the two of us but that’s okay! We know for next time! My two littles got the kids chicken tenders and grilled cheese. I’m a big sweet tea girl but kind of picky. The tea was good! 🙌 Our server was also great and very friendly!“

“We were a party of 3. We didn't order any food, but stopped in for a few beers in the afternoon. This is a pleasant local bar with a nice atmosphere. The staff were great and beers were cold. I've been to this establishment a number of times and can say that not one was a bad experience. This is a great place to check out of you want to see how the locals do it, but I'm not sure that its going to fit the boardroom meeting joint.
Yes, I would recommend Key West Bar.

Parking: I put plenty of parking as we were there early afternoon, but I can see where there would be a problem finding a parking place during a Sunday football game. And if you are not careful you could miss the entrance coming off A1A.“

She suggested we try their signature Filipino chesestic, and I can honestly say it was one of the best culinary decisions we've ever made. To make the evening even more special, we decided to sample the Baller whiskey. It may not be a traditional Japanese whiskey, it is beautifully Japanese-inspired and aged in authentic Japanese casks. This unique finishing process imparted a smoothness and complexity that was simply divine. Each sip felt like a mini celebration, and we enjoyed the playful garnish of eyes added by the staff, whimsically scattered around the bar, adding a touch of fun to the experience.

As the night wore on, we found ourselves completely immersed in the atmosphere of the bar, the laughter, the music, and the exquisite drinks all combined to create an unforgettable experience. We left Tropics Cocktail Bar with big smiles on our faces and memories etched in our minds, feeling grateful for the wonderful staff, especially Nicole, who made our evening so memorable. “We visited recently for our anniversary, we love this place! We were warmly welcomed in, while our table was prepared. Getting to our table, we had a thoughtful card signed by the staff wishing us a happy anniversary as well. Our server, Doug, was simply amazing.We wanted to hang out with him all evening! He took amazing care of us, and made very thoughtful recommendations with his great knowledge of the menus. We had the onion tart for an appetizer and it was decadent paired well with some wine and a nice craft cocktail. Main courses of a heritage pork chop perfectly cooked, and my wife had some amazing fettuccini. The flourless chocolate cake for dessert was absolutely divine. The service and atmosphere were top notch. We will always make this one of our regular spots! Thank you for an amazing evening, and do whatever you can to keep Doug! He is an amazing person and has one of the best service mindsets I have experienced.“

“This place has a sweet setting right on the beach. Parking is a challenge and is now done with a valet in a very small lot. We have had mixed results dining at BB’s. Some food has been well-prepared, and some has been undercooked and underseasoned. Some drinks have been good and others could have been better. Someone never checking on us after the food arrived makes it tough to point out the short-comings. This is what occurred during our most recent visit. My feeling is that for the prices they are charging, these things should not occur.“
