“Honestly today was my first time back to this Burger King in a long time and they have a new GM that has taken over, and I can tell you it’s like a completely different restaurant. Everyone was friendly. The service was great and so was the food. Also those new churro fries sooooo good. “I am shocked at this BKs behavior!! No royalty treatment here - I definitely did not feel like a “king.” These employees were very unkind and cruel. They didn’t give me half my order and REFUSED to help me out by giving me my food. I am so disheartened tonight. BK at Sebastian, you have lost a lifelong customer. I did not have it “my way.”
EDIT: after speaking to the burger king himself - aka the manager with dashing dark hair and beautiful green eyes - I was issued my missing food and additional goodies. It was truly a royal experience. I am in awe and touched deeply by his kindness. Thank you sweet prince, I wish you nothing but gorgeous dreams! <3“
