“Honestly today was my first time back to this Burger King in a long time and they have a new GM that has taken over, and I can tell you it’s like a completely different restaurant. Everyone was friendly. The service was great and so was the food. Also those new churro fries sooooo good. I will definitely be returning to this location.Thank you again for the amazing service and good food.“
“I am shocked at this BKs behavior!! No royalty treatment here - I definitely did not feel like a “king.” These employees were very unkind and cruel. They didn’t give me half my order and REFUSED to help me out by giving me my food. I am so disheartened tonight. BK at Sebastian, you have lost a lifelong customer. I did not have it “my way.”
EDIT: after speaking to the burger king himself - aka the manager with dashing dark hair and beautiful green eyes - I was issued my missing food and additional goodies. It was truly a royal experience. I am in awe and touched deeply by his kindness. Thank you sweet prince, I wish you nothing but gorgeous dreams! <3“
