“We had an amazing experience at your store yesterday! Our cashier,Carter was phenomenal!!!! His bright bubbly personality lit our faces with smiles! He was kind, courteous and on top of it! No sooner did we sit down and dig in, and he came right over offering us refills! Compared to the other employees (and boy were there a LOT of employees there!) slumped around the store, he was a breath of fresh air!!! I think some of the others could learn a thing or two! “On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. “Chicken, chicken, or more chicken. Raising Cane's offers some really good chicken tenders, but that's it. The menu is stupid simple, 3pc, 4pc, 6pc, or a tender sandwich. The fact that they cook to order has its pros and cons. Pro, always fresh. Con, you have to let the chicken cool down to eat it, and that takes a while. Fries are good, Cole slaw is really good. Wish they had more variety. And the Canes sauce is ok at best.“

“I want to give a shoutout to the night crew on 02/18/2025- the person accepting orders had an amazing attitude and was very kind, the whole crew handled the last minute late night rush amazingly! I received fresh hot food and was even able to still get a milkshake with it being so late. Being on the beach with limited last minute late night options is tough at times and tonight I wasn’t made to feel like a burden so I thank this store for that!“

“Fortunate to find this gem, I enjoyed Pollo tropical a lot when they were in Texas back in 2015, since they moved out I will never miss a chance to stop by at this restaurant if I were to travel to Florida.

Hoping to see them back again in the growing Texas again.“

“I don’t know why, but I just can’t give a fast food place five stars so read between the lines 4 stars to me is five stars! The reason is, I am extremely excessive compulsive Neat freak. I love things to be proper and nice and there are very few if any fast food restaurants Especially that could be perfectly clean. There’s always something to petite. That’s why I give four stars and there’s no way to give 4.5 so I had to go with 4 but this particular Kentucky Fried Chicken is definitely one of the better ones with friendly people. They have a new manager there who’s nice the old ones not bad I just think all in all, it’s a decent Place and it’s also a good location on golf Bay in Clearwater
