“Hubby had the cod, ff and coleslaw. The cod was perfectly breaded very lightly, the french fries yummy and we never got to the coleslaw (taking home leftovers). I had the shrimp scampi fettuccine, in butter sauce – Yum! The bread with the oil dip was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and wish they were much closer to where I live (SRQ airport-could replace Primos! I’m just suggesting).”

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the host treated us to prosecco while we waited for our table. The filet, the halibut, the lobster tails, the desserts (especially the chocolate cake!) was all absolutely delicious!! Our server was wonderful as well! “This place may not look like much from the outside when you first walk by BUT WOW! We stumbled on this fabulous place and have eaten here twice in our short stay in the area. The drinks, apps, entrees and staff are beyond exceptional. I will dream about it 🩵”

“we are having a 'staycation' of sorts to visit Anna Maria Island Beach, and I have to stay, after walking to 5(!) restaurants and being turned away, this amazing restaurant allowed me and my family of 5 to stay. Not only did they welcome us, Doug, our server, laughed with my kiddos, treated us like we were royalty and made our little staycation dinner- well...amazing. This is the kind of place that makes a city it resides in..PROUD. The food was nothing short of amazing, I am celiac and struggle on vacations, knowing where to eat. Thankful to God, that this chef is gluten intolerant - so I could eat just about everything on the menu. Do not be discouraged..they might not have a kids menu, but that did not stop Chateau 13 from editing any dish they were interested in to make them smile. I thought they were going to make me order another side of 'frites' to go!”

“We had dinner at Siegfried's Restaurant on Feb. 26th - our third meal there and we always leave with big smiles on our faces. The schnitzel and sauerbraten are both excellent, as are the sides and desserts. The staff is warm and engaging and we were so happy to meet and speak with the chef/owner. The restaurant is in one of the cozy-looking cottages on Fruitville Rd and is the perfect setting for this authentic German restaurant. Be sure you make a reservation and be prepared to enjoy a fantastic German meal!”

“While we enjoyed the food and appreciated them accommodating our large group size, I wish their website was more upfront with not really being a kid friendly spot. No high chairs available. No kids menu available. The 9 year old and 12 year old in our group each ended up with $54 entrees. The pace of our meal was also painfully slow from apps to dessert. This would be fine for adults looking for a leisurely dinner but it just wasn’t necessary for our group and I would have appreciated our waitress reading the needs of our group better. 3 filets we ordered medium rare for our group all came well, which was disappointing.
We will be back but without kids.”

Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. I’ve dined at Lila several times and have never been disappointed – it’s truly a must-visit destination for any food lover (not only vegetarian).”
