“2 very friendly young adults working, owned by one of their aunts.. best açaí bowl I’ve had!! Even though it turned out to be an açaí, coconut, cacao, blue dream, and obe bowl (a must try!!!) everything is homemade if it isn’t fruits or seeds, etc. and smells/tastes wonderful! They offer samples of their fruit bases to try and the price of the bowls are reasonable and with totally unlimited toppings! (It’s like a subway for fruit bowls)! 10/10 recommend!“
“We are sort of sad we didn't know about this place sooner! The staff is so kind and welcoming, regardless of how busy they are. We have dinned in twice for breakfast and the food was fantastic each time. Their waffles are my favorite! I would go understanding that there may be a wait but come with extra quarters to play pinball to pass the time.Kid-friendliness: My girls are thrilled with the pinball machines and chocolate chip pancakes.“
“The Strawberry Well smoothie (I got with extra berries & no banana) was fresh & yummy. My husband got the Banania smoothie--delicious! Great, friendly service & locally owned, not a franchise. You've gotta try this place! The only thing I would say is they should play some tropical music over some speakers. :)“
“Was craving ice-cream today after coming back from shopping and passing several while trying to have restraint. This little shop was across the street from our hotel. After reading the reviews online I absolutely has to stop in. The ice-cream was excellent and the young lady serving us was a gem. If you love serving family owned businesses this is one to give a try!*we had the butter pecan and pecan praline waffle cone---DELICOUS!“
“My husband and I came to try the famous Kale Cafe today and we were very pleased. I never knew cabbage can have so much flavor and the smoothie was incredible. My husband had the breakfast sandwich which he enjoyed and & I had a couple of sides which were delicious. Thank you to the team for an outstanding lunch.“
“Cozy, beautiful, and unique atmosphere! Great seating and some of the best and smoothest coffee we have ever had. Even the mugs are cool. The owner Corrie was super friendly! Loved everything about it, especially that its a non profit and supporting a good cause:)“
“10/10 atmosphere.10/10 coffee. Definitely check it out for the vibes, decor and cool cats working the counter.Sadly, almost everything they make has dairy and the upcharge for plant-based versions is extreme. $3 to make something vegan PLUS $2 extra to add tofu... So a wrap of 10 dollars is 50% extra ($15) if you want it plant-based with tofu. And to make most bowls vegan with protein would be $18+ (yikes), plus $7 for a latte with oatmilk. Too high for an order-at-the-counter wraps/bowl spot, in my opinion... You can get a meal at a sit-down restaurant for that (I paid $25 for vegan pasta and wine at The Garlic...!)We asked about options that already had tofu and there weren't any, so looks like the tofu scramble isn't available anymore (although, we didn't see this on their site until after we left so we didn't ask about it specifically, so maybe the barista forgot to mention it). Maybe they can bring it back?If they could lower the cost for vegan options or provide even one base vegan option with a protein (not just rice...), I'd give it 5 stars. Until then, it's a great coffee place (... And I'll be back to try the beer!)Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options with cheese, but they charge an over the top premium for fully plant-based options.“
“A family business that makes you FEEL like family. Like many students and parents of students at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Academy next door, our ritual is first BJJ then Açaí. What’s more amazing? The family that OWNS Kingdom Açaí Port Orange also compete in international BJJ competitions and almost always with the Gold Medal! Their level of seriousness in jiu-jitsu is outdone only by their kindness and passion for the REAL, BRAZILIAN AÇAÍ (beware the imitations—real açaí is hard to find outside of Brazil). My family used to consume lots of ice cream. We’re thrilled to have adopted the super fruit, açaí, as a far superior substitute. Our overall health has improved as a result. Stop in and ask for Sam and Donovan, pictured here. They’ll educate you and then change your life with this amazing treat (or entire meal substitute)! Before you know it, you’ll be family, too!Kid-friendliness: Samantha (Sam), Donovan, and Billy (Sam’s brother) are all kids coaches at the next-door Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. Need I say more about their outstanding kid friendliness?! They’re amazing!“
“Service is fair Icecream is delicious Boba is not the best in my experience (brown sugar is what I ordered the taste was off and the boba wasn't round which threw me off ) I will be back to try another kind however to give a second review I want so badly to love the boba because of how close it is to home and it's a cute little shop. Their focus seams to be ice-cream and they nail that.“
“Overall love the food, good flavor, easy to reheat, and always consistent. Obviously, like any meal plan or food service, you need to try several to figure out what you like and don’t. I highly recommended, going in and trying 4 or 5 options, you will not be disappointed! My only advice is to make sure you you actually look at the ingredients and info on the label. I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower rice and I bought a few of the “Brisket Mac and Cheese” (thinking it was protein pasta) but it was made with cauliflower rice. Not their fault at all, I just didn’t read the label.“
“After searching around and failing to find several other nutrition shops, we were really glad to discover Coastal Nutrition. They just have a giant poster above their storefront but it wasn’t too difficult to find using gps.Normally, when you go to a nutrition shop there is a decent sized list of teas and protein shakes to choose from. They had a good variety of shakes, but only several energizer teas. Two, to be specific, which was odd to me. And then they rotate each week I think, so the options for a tea that is caffeinated is pretty limited. The two tea flavors when we visited were the. Blueberry Lemonade and Gummy Bear. I tried the Gummy Bear, and it was really sweet but I loved it. The lady working behind the bar was super cool and nice, and I’d definitely stop by again. It’s also not too far from the beach so it would be a great post or pre-pick me up!“
“I love the brown sugar with the tapioca pearls. I went back for the second time. Sadly, their menu they had handed me stated that they were closed on Thursdays so when I went on Tuesday it was closed. I had to try another place a little further away. I didn’t get to have the seven bubble tea experience. Seven Bubble Tea is by far,so much better no competition here in Daytona. I will be trying again.“
“I love stopping here when visiting. The smoothies are good and healthy and the staff are always friendly. I was just really bummed this morning when i went an hour after they were supposed to be opened but they were closed with no explanation. I tried calling the number but no answer.“
“My daughter and I visited for the first time today and we were thrilled with this place! Unlike some other smoothie places, there is no added sugar in the majority of the menu items. ? And it's a cute little spot to just sit down and enjoy your treat. We don't live in New Smyrna anymore but this is going to be the go-to smoothie place for us!“
“Deliciously healthy. I struggle to keep feeling 100% sometimes on vacations with all the eating out. This place was a blessing to be so nearby to where we were staying. Stopped in each day for a healthy smoothie, açaí or breakfast meal to keep feeling my best!“
“We stumbled on this place having never heard anything about it. It's only been open 5 months but it's sure to be a hit. Similarly priced to its competitors it offers the opportunity to eat your rolled up freshly made over cream into a waffle come taco shell. It's the prefect treat for a day beachside. May, the owner, has a passion and it shows in their food and service. I suppose the atmosphere is mostly that of an average ice cream shop. They didn't their money on making the product not on fancy accoutrements... and I'm grateful they did. Try it out!“
“BREAD & Bubble TEA in Daytona is A hidden gem. My first time trying and it was so so good. Listen, I'm a Starbucks girl at heart and this may have topped them for me. it was the brown sugar boba tea. A must try!! Super super cute little hole in the wall.“
“Had a Banana split. It was very good but not a traditional split. Had all vanilla soft serve where a traditional has chocolate vanilla and strawberry. It also had no chocolate sauce . Condiments were good and it was good just not what I was looking for.“
“Great group of workers! The owner is awesome! They’re always recommending great smoothies and even their ‘snack’ items. They even remember you when you come in if you’re a regular and have your drink spot on so shows they pay attention and care!Stop here for all your smoothie needs.Super healthy.“
“I really enjoy the shakes this place offers and I am a big fan of the nutter butter shake because peanut butter rocks!!!!! The nutter butter has 29 grams of protein and without whip cream about 300 calories. Must go here before your workout because it was only $7“
