“First I want to say how kind, responsive, and professional Erika is. My order was somewhat last minute and Erika still personally kept me updated throughout the entire process. You can tell that Erika is a very talented baker and puts 100% effort into every order. Her business caught my eye because she really gives you the authentic, homemade look. “This place is so hidden, I have passed by hundreds of times and haven’t even noticed it before. We went on a weekend and had sandwiches for breakfast and stocked up on pastries to go. Decided to try it again on a weekday and there was almost nothing left. Apparently they sell out quick on weekdays. Go figure.“
