“Okay, the oven baked chicken breast is totally awesome. I love it with mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles. I can only eat a 6" portion but i always get the footlong so i have my lunch for tomorrow. And our little subway in the express lane in southport has always got the sweetest employees. They're so fast at making sandwiches its almost an artform..lol and because of that, even when theres a line it goes super quick. Love our lil subway....!

“We tried to go online as we have before, to get 4 footling subs for 6.99. Couldn't connect to the rt77 store wen we asked why they said the delivery didn't come therefore we would have to pay full price with ended up being 50.00. Went there to spend 21.00. The boy that served us was cool he apologized. We were sad and disappointed.“

“I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service“

The food was OUTSTANDING!
You can taste that it's made to order. You can't take fresh food. The guacamole was soooooooo good. Tried the flautas, the garlic shrimp bowl thingy, and cookie dough flautas... All amazing.

“Chick-fil-A always delivers. You can always count on them to be consistently good. The only problem I have is that I'm old enough to remember how big the biscuits used to be and how small they're getting to be. And the prices! Other than that it was great. Hot and fresh and tasty. “I been going to this Taco Bell since I could drive 14 years ago. I never have a problem when I go. The guy with the dreads, Eric(?), has always taken my order and is always a great interaction in the morning or afternoon. Never felt bad about spending the money bc the food is good for Taco Bells, unlike Edgewater Taco Bell.“

“You can probably get a good burrito/bowl from other places as well; but what sets this place apart from everywhere else is the customer service! On Monday, I went in and for the first time and the 3 people working the counter (guessing college aged) were all phenomenal! In particular; Michael was exceptionally great. Something as simple as asking “how is your day going so far” with a smile and “yes sir” went a long way for me. In a world where customer service is hard to find and not even expected anymore; this was a nice change. I could go anywhere but I’ll definitely be returning here. A new Favorite in Panama City for sure!“

You don’t go to Taco Bell for 5 star dinning. U go to Taco Bell for ok prices and some what decent food.
Our party got 6 different entrees and ALL of them were HOT and freshly prepared,(how that is I don’t know). I don’t have 5 star expectations for fast food(especially TB) but what expectations I had were blown away. AND It took me longer to order my food and pay than the wait time to get it, this is about as perfect as I could wish for out of Taco Bell, I hope management reads this.“

“Hadn't eaten here in a few years and I had a coupon so I thought I'd get something different, plus I wanted some broccoli ? I ordered the 4-pc fish with 2 sides of broccoli. It was actually so delicious that I've decided to go again in a week. The only issue I had was with the hush puppies, they were almost bland & too moist, no crunch on the outside. Otherwise the meal was great.“

After over a 2 year hiatus from Taco Bell, I finally worked up enough courage to give it another try. I practically lived on Taco Bell in my younger years. I remember when they first launched breakfast. To this day, my favorite breakfast item EVER released by a fast food restaurant is the breakfast quesalupa. Real ones remember.

My experience at 231 was OUTSTANDING. I made a mobile order and picked it up. My order was ready in about 10 minutes, faster than I expected. My order was filled perfectly, no errors at all. Granted, I believe in keeping fast food orders simple. No substitutions or special requests. In my humble opinion, a fast food restaurant is not the place for those. The menu is created a specific way with a vision in mind along with efficiency.

The quality of the food was great. I’ve always loved the Crunchwrap supreme, and I was very pleased to see that it was still a fantastic menu item. The dorito CGC (cheesy Gordita crunch) was new for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Chalupa and the crispy ranchero taco were very tasty. Of course the Cinnabon delights were delightful, as their name would suggest. The cheesy fiesta potato bowl was exactly as I remembered. Not the most amazing thing you’ll ever eat, but solid, dependable, and filling.

The nacho fries were probably the least favorite menu item, though no fault of Taco Bell. The seasoning was fantastic, but the fries were not as crispy as they could have been. I suspect this was my fault, as I did not eat them when they were fresh. Nevertheless, I would order them again.

I give this location 5 stars because they did an outstanding job and I will be returning Taco Bell to my food rotation. I’ve missed it very much.

If anyone from Taco Bell corporate is reading this, I have a simple and humble request to make: please bring back the quesarito line. It was amazing. Also, I know this is a long shot. But please bring back the breakfast quesalupa. Thank you.“
